5 /5 Drew Sutton: The wife and I are moving back home across country. We broke down in Jennings, FL, on a Saturday. Called numerous mechanic shops that wouldnt even give us the time of day or even call us back. Wife called Madison Automotive Repair Services and talked to John. He said not only could he help us but he would stay open late till we got there. We were able to limp the car there, to save the towing cost, but John gave us specific directions on how to get to his shop, so if needed he would send his tow truck to get us if needed. John and his Team went above and beyond to help us not only to insure we had a safe vehicle to continue our move but also financially because we were on a very tight budget. I would give 100 stars if I could. Whether you are local or just passing through, if you need a mechanic, take it to Madison Automotive Repair Services!

5 /5 Leslie Sutton: My husband & I are senior citizens. We broke down. Desperate for help. We called so many auto shops & towing services within 30 miles. Nobody could find the time to help. John, at "Madison Automotive Repair Shop" was the only one. Not only did he offer to stay open late to get us going again, he was so financially helpful he didnt even charged us for everything or full price for all parts. They were all so very kind. I hope of youre reading this, you arent in need of a mechanic. But, if you are in need, & in the area, you would be foolish to go anywhere else. 5 /5 Eva H: I was driving from central Florida to Tallahassee for a funeral when I started hearing a funny noise from under my car. When I was about an hour from Tallahassee I decided I should find a place to look at my van. This shop came up and I decided to see if they could help. Indeed, they did help. It turned out to be a minor repair and they had me back on the road really quickly. I arrived to Tallahassee one hour later than Id initially planned, so I dont think I was at the shop for more than an hour. Most importantly, I made it in time for the viewing that evening. I want to offer a special thanks to the gentlemen at this shop for making sure I was able to make it to a most important event with very little delay.

5 /5 Ernest Grandison: Great , inexpensive, but good quality work ... warm welcoming environment. If you have auto problems Ill definitely recommend you give them a chance. I did and I couldnt be more pleased. Back on the road again.
