1 /5 VIRGINIA Savely: I usually don’t do reviews but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had getting my hair done . $50 deposit? Which is supposed to be deducted from your final charges. I went in for foil highlights & med shag cut, the girl said I needed highlights & lowlights I said yes. Nothing was near her station, not even a hair clip. She had to go get things several times. 2.5 hrs later before I even see it she says can you come back tomorrow afternoon? (It’s too dark.) yes it was, the roots were blended but no highlights at all & we haven’t cut it yet. I was charged 224.00 I was told it would be 180 & I thought the deposit would come out of that. Next day, she says ( I think I can lighten it by washing it with something) that didn’t work. 2hrs later I had to remind her that she hadn’t cut it yet. What I got is not layered at all & my hair is fried. After being there 2 days in a row, not one of the other girls looked at my hair or even talked to me. The young lady said her sister was co-owner. So, $274.00
They did not deduct the deposit!!! I would definitely NOT recommend this place.
