I moved here from Miami and was used to a completely different quality in comparison to this. My cuticles weren’t cut properly, nail polish colors were limited, polish looks like I did my nails 1 week ago. additionally, different people do your nails, and your hands, which was not something that I was made aware of. This then results and you having to tip to staff members. In the past, even with design, the most I had paid for my nails was $70 For way better service and quality. Today I paid $100 in total for Nails that I am not satisfied with at all. Although everyone was very nice and respectful, this is why I was completely embarrassed and was not able to bring this to the attention of the owner. Once I got in my car and saw my nails in detail, I was in shock.
on top of everything, when I made the appointment on the phone no one mentioned to me that they primarily take cash. Therefore, there was a 3% charge for using card.
