1 /5 mya wilson: I’ve been coming to this location for four years and because she has the flu. She has an attitude. All I did was express my concerns being here for two hours and we’re the only ones in the shop. I’m tired of coming to the salon and you have an attitude and I can’t even voice my concerns as a pain customer you are telling me you don’t want to hear something while you’re doing my hair, I’ve done nothing but paid and complied with this establishment. I’m overly black women and I’m tired of y’all treating us like we’re less than nothing. She kept saying someone’s mother died, and she has all these appointments. I called the day before to make my appointment for the next morning she told me if I was unable to make it call her an hour before my appointment. I told her she should have done the exact exact same thing. If you would have been slammed mind you it was just her, and I in the salon. She then took the clip out of my hair and told me to leave. I told her finish my hair but I’m not going to argue with someone and you burned me with a flat iron because now you have an attitude, so I got up and left. These women need to be stopped. Professionalism is key, if a client cannot communicate their concerns without you interrupting and being rude shut down your establishment
