Immediately when I walked in I felt extremely uncomfortable by her demeanor and the way she was looking at us. Daphne explained that she is not taking new clients and is appointment only which I completely understand. But I feel that all people who walk into your business should feel comfortable and I did not.

Lissette Lai-Taull: The owner and sister were super nice, but the owner burnt my hair off. I’m not a hair expert, but my guess is she left the bleach on for too long and literally chunks of hair broke off while she was washing it. It is a “mom and pop shop“ so she was working on two clients simultaneously and I think this is how she lost track of time. I feel bad leaving a bad review, (sorry but not sorry) but the truth is, this wouldn’t have happened to my hair if she gave each of us her undivided attention as it should be. Not only that, but the whole process took over seven (7) hours because she kept going back and forth between the two of us. I had to chop off my hair a few days later as a result of how badly damaged she left it. Never again will I visit this place. I spent over $350 and ended up cutting my long locks to shoulder length. I would recommend avoiding this place at all cost.
