I have also had Mariel and Karen do my color when Lourdes has been on vacation or unavailable, and they have always done an amazing job as well. Not only do these ladies absolutely slay the color and extension game, but Karen and Lourdes have always done an amazing job at full glam (both hair and makeup) for all my special event needs.

Sheila williams: Today was my first day back in the salon since last year . My hair is thin , I’m on chemo and this covid and pandemic had my hair broken and horrible . My hair now looks so amazing and it feels so healthy. And the price was very affordable. I would recommend Mallory for sure . And I will definitely be back. Carmen Ballering: While the staff is nice , they lack on techniques with hair color. I went to get highlights and they turned out orange , the owner offer to fix it and told me I could come back. I did go back the next day, I asked for the owner and she didn’t even come to talk to me , she sent the manager. The manager was nice and said she would fix it, but at the end it was a hot mess. Now I have 4 different colors with one Being red on my bangs. which I never asked for red. If you are a senior and looking for cover of grey , it’s a good place . If you are younger and wish special hair techniques and color variation, this is not the place for you. I also did wax in my eyebrows and the lady ruined them. I also had a terrible burn rash a big m on top of my eyebrows which ruin my weekend because I couldn’t even cover with make up. The owner needs to make sure that clients leave happy after they come back for a fix up.

Angelique Santiago: Scheduled my first appointment with Sara Crawford for a wash and cut, Sara was very professional and welcoming. I went in with hair that was one length, with split ends and damage. Left with beautiful layers and bangs and felt amazing to get all that dead hair off. Here it is all styled up and I’m still super pleased with it. Will definitely be back!

I have had received numerous compliments about my haircut and curls. And this is the only reason for giving her three stars. However, NEVER arrive late to her appointment. She will make the entire experience so uncomfortable. From condescending comments, like “can’t you read,” “can’t you read the email,” to upping the price $100, you will leave feeling completely dehumanized :( AND, she will never respond to your messages about the brush she used, so you can have the same results!

Melanie Magnuson: Id like to preface this by saying I did not have any issue with the stylists trimming of my daughters hair. The work that was done was just fine. I think there needs to be a bit more transparency with the pricing when it comes to kids and the services listed in the drop-down menu. I originally brought my daughter to this salon back in September for a trim. She did not get her hair washed or styled or anything, just a trim. The cost was $25 which was fine with me. I brought her back to the same stylist in December for the same service. When I went to book the appointment online I initially was going to have them wash her hair and blow-dry it, but when I noticed the cost was $60 (I chose long hair since her hair is to the middle of her back) I couldnt see paying that for a wash and a trim, so I selected a different service that was less expensive and put a note that there was not an option in the drop down for just a trim without shampoo and blow drying. The total time of the service itself took about 12-15 mins. max. to trim her hair, no styling, no extras. When I went to pay I was initially told $25, then the stylist asked the age of my daughter and I said she is 13. The stylist then told me she would have to charge me for a womans cut and it would be $45. I paid it and wasnt going to make a big deal about it. I did specifically book this appointment noting I did not want to pay $60 for a trim and shampoo and a blow-dry, and considering a few months back I was charged $25 for the same service I was a bit taken aback. To see that a shampoo and a blow-dry alone is $41 and would take longer than my daughters 13 min hair trim just seems that maybe the pricing for that service is off, or at least should be more clear in your drop down. Like I said, theres no option for just a trim with no extras and had I known it was going to be $45 I most certainly would not have booked it.

I drive almost an hour to Lakeland to just see her. The service and quality I receive from Lacey and this saloon is the best. I would definitely recommend.

For a cut and several highlights she paid around eighty dollars and looks amazing and I should have had the same person do mine. I ended up with a hairdresser named Kim. She told me she would need to be paid by cash or check but she wouldnt tell me about how much. I assumed it would be comparable to what my friend paid. She kept "evening my hair" until it was almost as short as it was after chemo. The color on what hair thats left is decent. However I was floored by the hefty $167 price tag. Now I know why she couldnt tell me how much because I would never have agreed with that. This is a deceitful way to do business on Kims part.
