The church has a mixed group of people, young and older. They have an amazing youth group. Paster Thurman is amazing, he speaks the word of God. You can feel God within the Church. I have never found a better church since leaving this one. I wish this church was in my current state.

And gave comfort and guidance to our entire family.We leaned on his faith and it was steadfast! Jeremy and Harmony and their sweet young family, have been called to Shepard Lake Ruth Baptist Church. I visited it and found it filled with love, hugs and the Holy Spirt! It is small, but you can feel that it is just starting into a time of new growth. The sermon was all about how we are all called to be Ministers in our own way, with our own talents. Sharing the love and joy that we know as Christians with everyone. If you are looking for a kind, casual loving place to worship; a true Church Family to become a part of you could not pick a better place. “Unconditional love” it’s not just words for Jeremy Cannon, it is how he lives his life and shows his faith to all!
