I was actually looking up their website to recommend them, and saw someone who wrote they are a scam. I live locally and they have a beautiful office in Hollywood, FL. I got my design done for over $1k less than many other places and every one compliments my teeth. SUPER HAPPY WITH MY SMILE, and their service. Highly recommended! Luz Herrera.

1 /5 Racquel Guyton: If youre not getting veneers, do not bother having any type of dental work. Ive had my braces on for more than a year and its been months since I had my last tightening. These were supposed to be on for less than a year but it has been prolonged because they never answer the phone. I have literally emailed and called. And no matter what their rebuttal is because of course theyre going to write me back under this review and give a whole excuse. My day job is all about brand experience and client satisfaction. I know the tricks. The service is absolutely horrible. And Ive reached my breaking point. So Not only have I spent four grand to get these braces Im going to have to spend an extra 4 grand to go to somebody else to get another set because they choose not to follow up with me in a timely manner, or even give me a concrete answer of when this was supposed to be finished. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Its absolutely BS that I had to actually come do this. And I never really reviews because if something is bad I just let it be but this is affecting my health. And Im not going to just stand by and let them get away with this. So dont even bother trying to find some type of rebuttal as to why there is a lack of client satisfaction. And dont even think about responding saying that you tried to contact me multiple times because of that is a lie because at one point I had to call and the girl said yall had the wrong number for me and I gave you the correct number and you still have not reached out properly. Whoever is reading this, of course theyre going to try to protect their credibility but look at the reviews that all have one stars and look at what they have in common.
