5 /5 Jessica Elder: Today was my first visit to Aspen Dental in the Pompano Beach Citi Center and I am absolutely certain it won’t be my last. From my initial phone call to schedule my first appointment; to the moment I left the office after my visit; was nothing short of an absolutely pleasant experience. The clean and welcoming lobby, the lovely and very friendly staff, the professionalism of all employees and the wonderful Dr. Fred! The girls in the front were beyond helpful and kind; going above and beyond to help with my insurance and payment plan concerns even past what I deemed necessary for their job. They made it very clear that the entire staff cared for me as an individual and wanted to help make sure I was taken care of and informed in regards to all my options in my care plan. Dr. Fred himself was very professional yet comforting in discussing my dental concerns and mapping out a proper care plan. I have been avoiding any medical appointments for quite sometime because who really enjoys going to the doctor; but if all my experiences could be like the one I had today I’d never hesitate to make an appointment to put my health first. This is a staff and group that genuinely cares for their patients and it shows from the initial phone call to when you leave their office after their visit! Will absolutely be recommending any friend or family member to their services!

5 /5 Vincent Price: Scheduling an appointment online as a new patient was straightforward and convenient. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me warmly and demonstrated professionalism throughout the visit. Each staff member introduced themselves and provided clear explanations of the procedures that would be performed. Although this was not a routine checkup, as I was experiencing pain, the team was able to promptly identify and address the root cause of the issue. The office environment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with amenities such as televisions in the waiting area.

5 /5 Patty Rodriguez: I hate the dentist but this is hands down the best dental office. Everyone is so kind and caring. They take the time to explain everything to you and handle you with the best care. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Fred and his dental assistant Adrian is an absolute angel. Thank you!!!
