1 /5 Ciara Gaugh: This is the worst place hands-down to go! The front desk knows we don’t have a vehicle so we went to the appointment just to be told that they sent a text message out already stating that she wasn’t going to be seen today because there wasn’t a dental hygienist. However, There was no text message until we got home After I wasted 60 bucks to get there and back. The front desk laughs at us every time we go in like we can’t hear them! For whatever reason maybe because of our situation. Either way I do not recommend going here they are liars!! I even spoke to the Manager, thinking, I was gonna get something done because they lied about sending the text message not just to me, to someone else that was in there as well. The reason they lied was because they said they already sent the text message, but I just got the text message three minutes ago. When I spoke to the manager, she said I’m sorry you spent 60 dollars, but they did send the text message. She stated that are not lying! So the manager is calling me a liar!! Her appointment was at 8 o’clock this morning! I have proof from screenshots that yesterday they told me to confirm her appointment after we came back from the appointment, that is when they sent the text message that said our daughters appointment was canceled. They stated they didn’t want to wake us up too early, but she had an appointment today so not only were we up but we were on the way and they did not inform us before then. They think it’s all a joke, but our situation can be them very easily. They don’t think there’s a problem that they lied not even the boss!! Do not waste your time or trust these liars! Go somewhere else we all have enough going on in our lives!!
