5 /5 cristin yaccarino: I would send any of my family here. There was barely a 10 minute wait, I was seen so quickly I was shocked. The doctors and nurses were so good to me. I wound up having 3 broken ribs, they made me comfortable in every way. Very clean environment and didnt leave feeling worried about anything. Thank each and everyone of you all for what you do. Keep up the good work!

5 /5 Kerri Nowak: Dad’s been in and out of the hospital for years, so we’ve been to many hospitals over the years, and Imperial Point has been the best by far. Every staff member- doctors, nurses, maintenance, cafeteria- are kind and helpful. I’m not sure how administrators achieved such a positive climate, but they should be commended. Even the elevators are fast yet smooth. I’m trying to find one point of criticism to balance this review, but I’m at a loss to find anything they could improve on. I guess it would be to get a place like this in my home city.

We had taken a look on Google Maps for which emergency room had decent ratings and are so glad we chose this hospital. We were seen quickly and everybody was both attentive and very nice.

5 /5 Nick Clark: I Let me start by saying, going to the ER when youre 1800 miles away from home is no joke. But man, let me tell you, this ER I walked into was something else. I didnt even have time to sit down before they whisked me straight into a room. The doc wasted no time and got right to the evaluation. Im talking treatment started within 10 minutes of me arriving. Can you believe that? But heres the real kicker - the team working there was absolutely amazing. Im talking next-level incredible. They made it a point to remember my name, which blew my mind considering how many patients they must see. Nurse Ashley was the real deal. She had this smoothness about her, like she could draw blood with her eyes closed and still have time to crack a joke. She was like my reassuring sidekick through it all. And let me tell you about Alex, the EMT who was on break. We talked like wed known each other for years. It was like having a buddy right there by my side, keeping me company during the whole ordeal. It made the whole experience a lot less scary. Then there was Rochelle, fresh out of nursing school but you wouldnt have known it. This girl was a pro in every sense of the word. She had this calm and poise about her that made me forget about the pain I was in whenever she was around. She handled getting me to CT and back like it was a walk in the park. And lets not forget Karen, the radiology tech. This lady was pure love and comfort. Her gentle spirit turned what could have been a horrible experience into something so much better. Im forever grateful to have met her. Honestly, this was hands down the best ER Ive ever been to. Id give it a solid 10/10 and recommend it to anyone in a heartbeat. They know how to do things right.

5 /5 Cindy Levi: Excellent experience! ALL staff were kind, courteous, friendly, compassionate, and thorough with their examination. They took the time to answer questions and explain what was happening. Staff was knowledgeable and the facility was clean. Test results were also explained in detail. Listened to the patient. RN Crystal and PA Stephane were awesome! Would highly recommend this facility!

Danish Sheikh, DO - Pompano Beach jim johnson: I had an appointment today at 1pm and got there at 12:40. At 12:55 the receptionist called me to the window and said your appointment was cancelled. I said why would you cancel it and she said I did. I said I didn’t cancel any appointment and the last appointment I had they said their software had a glitch and they apologized. The receptionist was not nice and they rescheduled me to March. The cardiologist is nice and thorough but they need help at the reception desk. I’m a doctor myself and work by appointment and I keep my appointments. I will keep my March appointment in respect of the cardiologist and I don’t play games with appointments. Dr. Jim Johnson

Paul Rondino, MD - Pompano Beach Kwik P: Gee I hate reading bad reviews for such an excellent Dr and a wonderful,professional and very courteous staff- from reception to administrative.It makes me wonder if these people can ever be pleased with anything,expected to get a same day appt or are just miserable and love to complain Someone always answers the phone unlike other offices that go through Central scheduling,if they cannot & you leave a msg your call is returned in a timely manner- if this wasnt so Id be elsewhere despite the fact he is a top cardiologist in Broward County Youre not kept waiting to be seen because they schedule properly and not 3patients at a time every 15 minutes and thats why you may not get an immediate appt. If your need is urgent to see a cardiologist then you need to go to ER!!!

Broward Health Physician Group - Margate Valdi Guintiliano: Terrible communication. I’m a Broward patient and I’ve had an emergency and needed to go to the ER. The doctor at the hospital asked me to visit my PCP. It took two days to be able to schedule and appointment at this location only to find out 3 hours before the appointment that I needed to change my PCP in order to get my insurance coverage. I did, they called this place and my insurance called them and let them know I needed to come in urgently and it was okay to come. I arrived at this place only to find out that they didn’t accept pregnant ladies, although I had told the appointment center I was pregnant and had an emergency and needed to see my PCP as soon as possible. Nothing was done! They had two days to call me and let me know if they had a problem with my insurance and instead of that they waited just a few hours before the appointment. They didn’t accept a full payment for the appointment which I said I would do if the problem was the insurance coverage I could pay for the appointment because it is an emergency, only to get another excuse from the front desk about my pregnancy! So frustrating, upsetting.. driving 30 minutes here pregnant and with a toddler to ended up not being seen by a doctor and nobody caring enough to help me!

Dr. Astha Bhatt, MD Colon Rectal Surgeon - Pompano Beach peter tung: Dr. Astha Bhatt, who just visited my mother, did an excellent job with the colon and rectal operations related to Diverticulities. She was the greatest surgeon for colon and rectal surgery and was thorough, courteous, and knowledgable. She took her time reviewing everything. I think shes the best colorectal surgeon for getting the most accurate and speedy recovery. In the modern world, her bedside manners are a little unusual. Dr. Bhatt takes the time to get to know his patients and address any questions or concerns they may have, in contrast to other medical professionals who treat them in and out. Im thrilled that my primary care physician in Broward County suggested Dr. Bhatt to me for best quality medical treatment.
