1 /5 gladys hirschorn: I had scheduled an appointment almost a month ago for the first of the three gel injections in my knee. it was scheduled in three days from now and bc I was not able to reach the office on the phone, I actually went there to ensure that my insurance company had authorized it. They had switched me over to a different doctor, did not schedule an appointment for me and did not call me to give me any of this information. The Staff Office are young people that are laughing and not at all helpful. Not at all professional no way do I want to be treated there.
