1 /5 Platon Polishchuk: This morning, I had a scheduled appointment at 9:20 AM. I arrived on time, only to be told that the doctor had left due to an emergency call—wasting my time. This is the second time this has happened to me.
Additionally, a blonde assistant with curly hair was extremely rude. When I asked for her name, she refused to provide it. I also witnessed her yelling rudely at another patient who seemingly didn’t understand her well. To make matters worse, she refused to reschedule my appointment.
It is the clinic’s responsibility to inform patients in advance if their appointments are canceled, not to notify them at the last minute. The staff’s attitude is unacceptable, and if they cannot handle their jobs professionally or treat patients with respect, they should consider a different profession.
In particular, the assistant with curly hair needs to learn proper etiquette. I have requested my test results from them, and I will not be returning. This is not how patients should be treated.
