3 /5 Laura Reese: I waited over two hours to speak to the doctor to review my lab reports. The ultrasounds were taken close to a month ago. I never received a call from the doctors to let me know the reports were even in. Then to learn about the outcome, I had to schedule another appointment to come in person to review them. Once the doctor came into the room, she told me exactly what was on the PDF that I had already read. No new information. Literally wasted my entire morning, and the whole process was completely insufficient and inefficient.
If you live in South Florida – I recommend going up to West Palm for your doctors appointment, especially if it has to do with female care because what you provide here is bare minimum and offers no actual help or direction.
