1 /5 Lauren Davidson: I always recommended Browns. They were always honest and great until today. I called to schedule to have my thermostat replaced and they said they need $120 just to bring it in and tell me thats whats wrong plus the labor and parts. Im not sure if they changed ownership but something has changed.
