5 /5 Jim Marshall: We went back to Gagnon’s after the manufacture warranty ran out on our car expired. They are just heads and shoulders over dealership service departments. They are honest, personable and customer focused. Jason was very helpful and responsive to the issues with our car. We could not be happier.

5 /5 A R: Very pleased with this shop. They did a wonderful job working on our 2002 GMC Sierra Diesel, replacing the front drive shaft gasket. Due the truck being Diesel it brought unseen complications. Specifically, a bolt that that just wouldnt come loose and two of there breaker bars snapped. This ofcourse caused them to have to get a more heavy duty one and a find a tool specific to the Diesel to put the bearing and gasket back in. Any other shop would have turned us away, quit or charged us drastically. They did neither of those. Original price was $660 due to the increase in labor we walked out spending $793. Very happy with the price and work. We will continue to bring our vehicals to them. Thak you Jason and the Mechanic.
