3 /5 Jaycie Miller: The place itself was beautiful and had comfortable chairs and the art outside in the waiting area was nice. However the show itself was very uninformitive and the speaker sounded like he had very little understanding of the information he was passing on. There was a lot of umms and it seemed like he wasnt very familiar with the program that was projecting the images either. He left lights on in the room that made the show hard to see. I couldnt help but laugh and wonder how he got that job. Show was very short too.

1 /5 Toy Fuzzy: **DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT go to this planetarium!** Take my word for it. Do not spend your time or money at the Bryan-Gooding Planetarium at Jacksonvilles Museum of Science and History, especially if you want to see the planetarium movie. Ive been to several planetariums across the country, and they often offer an amazing experience with incredible visuals. Unfortunately, this one does not. First, to see the planetarium movie, you are required to buy admission to the museum as well, making the total cost about $25 per person. For my wife and me, thats $50 just to see a film! This is far beyond the cost of seeing a Hollywood blockbuster in IMAX at the Epic Theatres, which is about $30 for both of us. The first time I went, I called ahead to ensure the film would be suitable for adults. Despite being assured it would be, we arrived to find it was a poorly animated cartoon for kids. It was so bad that I should have learned my lesson, but I returned because my wife wanted to check it out. Again, I called ahead and was assured the film would be great. This time, the film, "Nights over Jacksonville," was even worse. The graphics were cheap and looked like they were made in 1993. It was so boring that I started to fall asleep. We got up and left during the movie and demanded a refund. The supervisor pointed out a piece of paper stating that refunds are not given for any movies, clearly indicating this is a frequent issue. Despite my complaints, the supervisor refused to budge. Take this review as a warning: do not spend your money here. If you dont heed my warning and go anyway, just think of this review while you sit there, realizing how much money you wasted!

2 /5 Linda Barnes: Went for dance or lights. Would be pretty good for young kids. My complaint is how bad the seats smelled! Literally made my shorts smell so bad I had to change once I got home. Music was also very loud, even for me, my elderly aunt couldn’t handle it. The graphics clearly hadn’t been updated since late 90’s with them mostly looking like old desktop screensavers. Just wish I it was advertised more for what it really is

1 /5 Suga Sharod: Projector was blurry and the Spacemaster was retired... they use this digital thing that was low quality. They showed a movie by PBS versus presenting the stars and telling us about them themselves. This was my first time bringing my son to one of these, very disappointed. You also have to pay museum fee which makes the Planterium about 30 bucks per person.

Adventure Landing Home Office - Jacksonville Beach Robyn Meadows: Yesterday I brought my grandchildren for the last 2 hours that the park was open. I paid ful price at the counter 96$. The ticket clerk was very rude first of all and did not share that I needed to pay an extra 15$ to watch them. So at the gate the boy refused to let me in although my grand kids had already entered ( without supervision). He expected me to go back in and leave them to pay. Then when we finally do get sat down they say to get out of the pool it had poop in it. Now the manager comes over and says she’s gonna escort us out of the park because I refuse to go pay when they kids couldn’t even swim due to the unclean water. So I ask for my money back if I had to leave inwhich they refused. This is just unacceptable. I will never visit this disgusting place again.

The lights of the world - Jacksonville Beach Genesis Mays: Every year Jacksonvilles non profit organizations host the lights on the beach. Educational, fun, and city friendly. Before Christmas there are various food stations but bringing your own hot chocolate isnt frowned upon. Great place for pictures and play. Just one stop on a light adventure with Girvin just minutes away.

Pensacola Museum of History, at the University of West Florida - Pensacola Katie Cooner: Had a lot of fun here. Its very affordable. Your ticket comes with multiple attractions and there are a lot of fascinating facts we learned about sailors and the history of pensacola. It is a bit small so we were done within an hour but i still recommend going. I do wish there was more to the gift shop though. We like collecting magnets when we travel.

Historic Pensacola Village - Pensacola Kasey Whitson: Carlee was an amazing tour guide! My husband and I drove to Pensacola from Mississippi just for the day with our boys (16 & 12), and wanted to see some of the history in this very old city. Carlee was kind and informative. This was well worth the $12 per adult and $6 for my youngest. Even the boys enjoyed themselves and learned some stuff in the process. I would definitely recommend taking this tour if you’re in the area.

Plaza De Luna Memorial Monument - Pensacola Mark Shuford: Free monument and bay view. Great for a short walk or sitting and enjoying the view! Apparently, its a good place for locals to fish, too. Interesting historical plaque.

Pensacola Museum of Art - Pensacola jade linnea: wonderful museum, great staff, and beautifully presented exhibitions that are changed out often, with wonderful quality in each one. events are great and well organized and planned. highly reccomend a visit here! must visit in downtown pensacola!

The Graffiti Bridge - Pensacola Beth De la Torre: Really neat idea. Enjoy just observing artwork and messages or add your own as well! Gravel parking for maybe up to 20 cars. Just to be aware, not a smooth surface, but a natural pebble and rock walking surface.

Go Retro - Pensacola Becky Hildebrand: Terry was our guide and knew more about Pensacola than I did and hes not even from here. I went with a group of friends from work and we all enjoyed it. We did the Red Light District Tour which was super interesting. Our only advise would be to remove some of the racier parts of the video. Were no prudes, just a bit much & not necessary for the tour. Tour was a lot of fun and we all want to do another one! Great time.

Pensacola Childrens Museum - Pensacola Explore With Us Reviews: My family visited the Pensacola Children’s Museum on April 8, 2025. My kids had an absolute blast and did I honestly. They have a small Publix grocery store which we all were enjoying ourselves before having to visit the small doctors office and laboratory on the second floor. On the first floor you will have a small fort, trading post, and little cottage. Definitely a great place for kids to explore and it’s relatively cheap entertainment for the kids and even better the museum tickets are good for 7 days for all museums.
