What Clients Are Saying about Buzs Automotive (on GG)
5 /5 Justin Renfroe: Great service! These guys really helped me out on a Friday afternoon.
5 /5 Jamie Nissen: Brian and his crew always make themselves available to help keep my fleet of carpet cleaning vans on the road. The fast and friendly service is second to none.
5 /5 larri johnson: These guys were on the job, fast, friendly, and affordable. This will be my new auto shop in the future. I have already recommended them to 2 other people.
2 /5 Branigan Horan: Im not normally one to leave reviews especially on small businesses but this ones just wrong. Ive never had to bring a vehicle to a shop as I do most stuff myself this time the vehicle needed to be on a lift for a freeze plug replacement. Super easy on a lift I simply dont have access to one anymore.
I brought the vehicle here thinking $200-300 max maybe a 2 hour job. Apparently took the mechanic 5+ hours. Instead of telling me or consulting me I was just called that it was ready the following day.
Come to find out for the tech to access my freeze plug he cut a hole in my driver side fender well (absolutely no idea why the freeze plug is visible and accessible just not comfortable on the ground). He didnt clean the jagged edges nothing looks to me like he peeled back the sheet metal and twisted the metal off. This is an older jeep and they rust (I immediately had to sand and fix the edges and coat the hole with clear coat) I thought no big deal its life lack of skill on the mechanics part. A few days later I was involved in a front end collision so I had to replace my radiator which of course required a draining of the system when I drained it instead of them putting coolant/water mix it was all water (cheap way out and the reason the last freeze plug rusted out).I wont even tell the Internet the price I had to pay for a freeze plug replacement.
To clarify I know this is a great business with a good rep, recommended by many people but this was clearly done wrong.
