1 /5 fay teplitsky: I recently visited this nail salon for a gel pedicure, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. Yesterday I called ahead and was told to come in an hour. After waiting at work, I arrived on time but ended up waiting an additional hour in the salon. While I understand it was late, I even offered to return the next day, but the staff insisted on proceeding.
During the pedicure, the technician was visibly distracted, talking to someone on the phone the entire time. This lack of focus resulted in rushed, careless work. The polish was uneven, painted over my cuticles, and the overall attention to detail was poor. Despite my reservations, I decided not to be overly critical at the time and tipped generously (20%).
However, the real issue surfaced the next morning: after my shower, half of the polish had already peeled off one of my toes. A gel pedicure not lasting even a single day is unacceptable, especially given the $70 | paid (including tip).
This was hands down the worst pedicure Ive ever received.
This salon clearly lacks professionalism and attention to quality. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable service or value for their money.
