Everyone, especially Joe Gruen was friendly and professional, and the process from drop-off to pick-up was smooth and stress-free. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. When I picked up my car, it looked spotless and ran perfectly. My 19-year old daughter made the appointment herself and brought the car to the dealership. She was very impressed and said Joe treated her feel like a VIP customer. Can’t ask for anything better, a daughter taking care of business and Joe treating her with respect. Five Star center worth the visit!!!!!
