1 /5 Mandy OCallaghan: I would leave 0 stars if I could. I took my mother to this ER when she was in extreme pain. There was no one at the front desk when we arrived and no one came for almost 10 minutes. There was no buzzer or alarm to be able to get anyones attention. If my mother was having a heart attack or stroke, she wouldnt have made it. Please DO NOT take your loved ones here if you have a true emergency!!! When the staff did come out they were belligerent when we expressed that we were upset no one was available for so long. Ultimately, I drove my mom to a different hospital for treatment.

2 /5 C Weiss: This is not an Urgent Care. We made the mistake of going twice. They charge like a hospital, to sit in a room to get antibiotics for an infection. But it’s not clean like a hospital, and there is no priority like a hospital. Dr’s have been fine, but to do part of the intake over a IPAD in the room was concerning. We learned the hard way, this is not urgent care.

4 /5 M AbuShoshah: This is my experience: Fast to get a room but very slow to see a practitioner.. also there are regular places that has dust, I assume it should not be there and not hard to be found..

He did this by listening and asking about prior history & he acted quickly to reduce my pain ailments. I would recommend this ER because of the treatment from Dr Cremin and his staff.
