Upon arrival, the technicians were attentive and quickly diagnosed that there was indeed a leak in the system. They were able to hear the leak but had difficulty locating it immediately. This is not uncommon with AC systems, as leaks can sometimes be elusive.
To assist in identifying the source of the leak, they injected dye into the system, a widely used method in automotive repair because it allows technicians to trace leaks more effectively under UV light. After injecting the dye, they recharged my AC unit with Freon, ensuring that it would function properly until I could return for further diagnostics.
What impressed me most was their customer service approach. They advised me to return at my convenience—no appointment necessary—to locate and repair the leak once they had time to inspect it with the dye visible. This flexibility made me feel valued as a customer and alleviated any immediate pressure to resolve the issue on a tight schedule.
