Clevon Mcgee I stopped by to get a price on an alignment and was told $139. I explained to the manager, every where I called was $119 and I asked him would he do a price match? While my back was turned the manager lied and told his employee that I asked to have an alignment done for $100 & that I could take my car somewhere else. -I’m not sure why he lied because no where in the county does an alignment for $100. The manager, was nice nasty & just didn’t want to service me. I should be treated with the same dignity & respect that he expects.

Linda Preston I would highly recommend Goodyear (store # 2485) in Brooksville, Florida! Don is an excellent team leader & Ashlie, Asst. Manager, both provide exceptional customer service! Which as you know, is a thing of the past these days! They got me right in for service which was amazing too. I was very happy with the services I received & the price was fair. I purchased new tires, alignment & had my A/C replaced.The A/C technician had a great sense of humor. I have been a Goodyear customer in NY since 1991 & I’m proud to say I consider Goodyear in Brooksville to now be part of the Family! Thank you again for the “Outstanding Service”! Linda

Jim Coolman My truck ended up needing a transmission, Weighing the options I had, I went with a used one from the bone yard. It only had 63 thousand miles, my 2005 Chevy PU only has 91 thousand miles on it. The guys gave me a fair price on the parts and labor. I picked up my truck the day after Hurricane Milton came through, I waited until January 22nd to write a review, and I will say the truck drives and shifts the same as a new one. I will be taking my truck back for service when needed. They did a great job for me.

Marcie Clutter My first visit for an alignment, they did a great job. Took my van back for another alignment about 2 months ago and as soon as I headed home I could tell something was very wrong. Van pulled hard to the left and lots of vibration. Took it back 2 weeks ago and drive it home with the same problems!

Amber Smoot Husband and I came down from Georgia to visit family come to find out we had a bad oil leak from my husband using the wrong the O-ring in our oil change losing 2 quarts luckily this shop was kind to get us in and fix the issue that day so we can go back home safely even told us which O-ring to use in future oil changes. Also got a new gas cap that fits my little bug with their help. Thank you!

Kerrianne Hatfield Might recommend to someone I was holding a grudge against. We encountered this shop on a road trip after we hit something on I75 that punctured our gas tank. Merle seemed very nice and knowledgeable. When it took us literally weeks to get our car back, we were understanding. When we asked for a receipt and got a penciled note on scrap paper, we thought it was quirky. But the issue was never truly fixed. We continued to smell gas around the car. Merle insisted he had done the job correctly, and he was too far away for us to go through the back and forth again. Well its been a year and the last remnants of whatever bandaid he put on have come off: there was a lake of gasoline in familys driveway on Thanksgiving. Ive learned a very expensive lesson thatv we need to go to insurance shops when we have a breakdown.

Joyce A very honest mechanic which is hard to find. He has a large clientele so appointments are necessary most of the time. He does work people in for emergency work.

Nina I was told by multiple people my alternator was bad and that it had to be replaced. I got quoted around $900 for it but John quoted me $700 and after reading his reviews, I decided to go with John. Once I went to pick up the car, turns out it was a bad battery cable and it ended up being way less than what I thought! I was really happy he didn’t try to scam me or pressure me into getting a new alternator, ended up saving hundreds going with John! Great service all around!

Deanna Ussery If I could give more than 5 stars I would! All the guys are super helpful and amazing. I had finally gotten my car back after some time and needed it up and ready for a huge road trip immediately and these mechanics took me in with no problem, the very next day after I called! They helped me figure out problems, handled what needed to be done vs what could wait, helped me save a good amount of money, really listening and wanting to help the customer, and were just beyond helpful answering every question and especially being a female not once did I feel like I was being treated like I was stupid or taken advantage of. These guys are there to help no matter what, even offering drinks and snacks and even a lift if you really need it. Thank you guys for helping me during a really stressful situation and making things easier for my trip back home!!
