5 /5 Michelle McDonough: The professionalism and care I received at this clinic was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I’m sick and not feeling well. Had a bad experience at a completely different clinic/company and all of the nurses and providers were beyond nice and caring at this location. They listened to me and had me feeling better and on the mend when I left the clinic. Ladies thank you so much, I was having a really hard week and your compassion along with the amazing care you provided has lifted my spirits and health. Thank you for what you do! I appreciate you and everything you did for me during my visit. I am so thankful for compassion you gave me when I felt so low and also scared.

5 /5 Valerie Keeney: I had a great experience at this location today. First I want to say I was hesitant to go since I was very dissatisfied with previous visits years back. The waiting room was hot, stuffy, dirty and the front staff were inefficient and obviously overworked and stressed. Today was the exact opposite. The waiting room temperature was very pleasant and very tidy. Lots of seating and a nice area for kids. The receptionist, whose name I forgot to get, was delightful! She patiently waited while I fumbled around for my cards and was very efficient. Nurse Tammy was sympathetic to my obvious ill health as she noted my complaints. Allison, the NP, was also top notch. Compassionate, friendly and patient. I had an appointment and only waited around 15 minutes. Thanks for great service.

2 /5 Paige Mueffelman: The only reason why I gave this urgent care 2 stars is because I was in and out in ~35 minutes. Other than that, it was not a very good experience. The receptionist was fine (not super nice/conversational). But the RNs that took me back to be seen were pretty bad. One of them was a sweetie but the other that was being trained was awful. Did not know what she was doing. Thank god the other lady was there to cover for her. When the doctor saw me, she rushed me and tried to get me out of the office as fast as possible, completely dismissing me, saying I “probably” had the condition I was being seen for. When they called me a few days later with lab results, the nurse that called me couldn’t answer any of my basic questions. Literally every question I had she responded with “I don’t know.” Thank god the doctor was there to help answer my questions but it was not reassuring at all. I don’t plan on coming back to this urgent care.

1 /5 Daniel Quinlan: I would give negative stars if I could. This is the worst urgent care I have ever been to. Went 1 day as a walk in was told that I was next in line then sat for over an hour before they told me next available was in 3 hours. Made an appointment and when I arrived for that 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, I was made to wait for over an hour before being told that I was still not next in line. This business does not respect its patients nor their own schedule. The receptionists are rude and gossip about personal information while constantly complaining about their miserable lives. The very least you could do is let your patient know the wait time for your URGENT CARE when they arrive, while waiting i witnessed several people arrive and leave because of miserable attitude and treatment they received from your receptionists. Quick tip, dont get miserable humans who hate their lives to run your front desk, its not a good look for anyone but at least they are used to it. I will not be returning and if you care about your health I wouldnt advise a visit to this location either. I would be more than happy to provide any information to management so that they can work to improve this in the future!
