  • Primary Care Physicians of Gainesville - Gainesville Zhenya Brown: The doctors are great but office staff is terrible. Nobody ever gets back to you on anything and they’re extremely rude. I had a medication I can’t be off of and when I realized I had no refills called the on-call physician who refilled it right away. He put a note in the system for the office to call me to make an appointment to get seen and do labs, nobody ever called me back and I was too busy so I forgot. Ran out of the meds again and when I addressed the issue with the front desk after I finally got a hold of them, the receptionist didn’t care that I can’t be off the meds and said I have wait to be seen before they can refill. Really wish I could keep going here to see Dr. Sanders but I don’t have time to deal with the office’s disorganization.
Ed Fraser Memorial Hospital - Macclenny ashleigh mims: Miguel and Kendall were very professional and answered any questions or concerns I had. Michelle my nurse was so courteous and always made sure I was comfortable. The professionalism was top notch. Overall great experience!
Northeast Florida State Hospital - Macclenny Mahogany Anderson: My mother has been in this facility for over 6months she is bipolar and Schizophrenic. The medication they give her doesnt keep her level out she is always upset and angry. My mother was arrested in this facility with 3 battery charges. No case worker notified a family member about her arrested. We called because we havent heard from her in a couple of day and found out she was arrested by another patient which I think is horrible. How can you arrested a mental ill patient thats admitted into you facility with 3 battery charges with a bond of $170,000 me and my siblings had to call arround in that county to find my mother. I would not recommend this facility. Im in the process of hiring a lawyer.
Baker County Medical Services - Macclenny Germain Gardea: I was surprised to read a comment posted by the President/CEO of Baker County Medical Services (Dennis R. Markos) in USA Today in an article dated November 15, 2016. After reading an article giving Mr. Markos accolades for his success in Bekers Hospital Review, I was shocked to have read his comment...."F*** the Mexicans. If they boo the Teams should walk off and refuse to play! These people come to this country to escape that rathole and then wave the Mexican flag at US sporting events , cheer Mexican participants and boo Americans while they enjoy the freedoms of the US. The hell with all of them." Contrary to Mr. Markos statement is on the website...."We treat you like family" it sure doesnt sound like it based on the comment posted above.
Baker Rural Health Clinic - Macclenny Joy Honey Bunny: This clinic has been a blessing to this small community. The nurses and medical assistants who work here are always kind, knowledgeable, and helpful in treating their patients. The receptionists don’t always seem to know normal office procedure, but I have not had any major problems with them. I recommend others to make an appointment with this clinic if they need medical care.
HCA Florida Gulf Coast Hospital - Panama City daritey alicia (ali): The doctors the nurse and the surgeons of phenomenal and I do greatly appreciate my housekeeper Miss Brenda on the 4th floor she didnt excellent job and if I asked her about something she also gave me the information it as well we obtained to housekeeping details. Thank you housekeeping for keeping my room sanitized during my stay. Thank you to my nurses for helping me to feel comfortable and allow me to make sure that I can do what I need to once I get home. Thank you to my surgeon for taking up on me as often as you did and to make sure that I was going to be good to go once I got home. I know I work here I have seen some amazing team work. As long as the team work is happening it will always be a smooth shift. Thank yaw so much..miss yaw
Ascension Sacred Heart Bay - Panama City Steve: Kim was very helpful helping me fill in the check in process. Angel to come out of her office to assist me. As I proceeded through the checking and preparing for my surgery everyone was knowledgeable and efficient. Always pleasant. Able to answer my questions. Kept my waiting family informed. I would give a rating 10 of 1 to 10. Would be happy to recommend Sacred Heart.
HCA Florida Panama City Emergency - Panama City Cheyanne Kauffman: Was a great visit. Got my father in law rite in. The nurses were very professional and sweet. And his dr was so great. Very friendly made us feel welcome n very comfortable. And did everything to get to the bottom of my dads problem, then called the next day to set up his appointment with his surgeon.
Ascension Bay - Panama City Karen Robertson: We had to have my Mom (90 years old) taken by ambulance due to a serious stroke. The ER staff took good care of her and us, providing as much information as they could as soon as they could. Once they were able to get her in the ICU, that staff took over and also took excellent care of all of us. We especially appreciated the communication provided by the lead Dr. in the ICU. (Im sorry I dont remember her name.) Once it became clear that my Mom would never be able to walk, eat or swallow on her own again, we asked her if she wanted to go to Hospice. (She had always made it clear that she would not want to live a life with so many limitations.) When she said yes thats what she wanted, the ICU night nurse (DJ), immediately contacted the lead doctor and they made arrangements to put her on "comfort care" until Hospice was available. During the 30? minute wait for medication change orders, we were able to tell our mother how very much we loved her and she was able to communicate the same to us. The staff was so respectful of her choice and our support of her choice. They made a very hard time as easy as possible and we are grateful for their care! My mom was able to pass comfortably in her sleep the next day. Again, the staff allowed us time to grieve in the room with her and even brought a bereavement cart with tea, coffee and cookies.
Gulf Coast Regional Medical Center Plaza 2 - Panama City Draco Don: The slowest hospital ever if you dying don’t go there cause you gonna be dead by the time they ready for you
