5 /5 Reckless Messiah: The particular medical professionals I dealt with, I think it was a PA, and the nurse were beyond incredible. I’ve never had medical treatment go so well. I was beyond positively surprised! Excellent people too, not just good at their jobs. 10/10 experience amazing staff! The PA and nurse made me feel safe, and they were friendly, and absolutely nailed their roles and duties. Again, never had treatment that was so pleasant ANYWHERE! And I wasn’t there for a sore throat. I got shots and stitches and they just did the best job calming my nerves and doing the most painless procedure.

5 /5 Allen Sparrow: Even though I made an appointment, I waited for 30 minutes to be seen. I do not find that unreasonable considering that there were several (6-7) people in the waiting area. The receptionist was polite on the phone and in person, the medical assistant was also polite and efficient at keeping me informed of what the PA advised before she came in to see me. The PA was professional and had asked great questions to insure a correct treatment plan. I am very satisfied with all customer touch points within your business at that location.

5 /5 Bonnie Clark: It was so easy to make an appointment online and I got in right away. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The Dr or nurse practitioner Polly was so kind and caring. She took time to assess my issues and suggest course of action which was spot on. My insurance was processed by the staff with no problem. Very comforting to know I have a resource in case I need any other medical assistance. I’m from out of state so this is very important to me.

5 /5 Mike Liguori: Easy quick n friendly check-in staff. Megan the PA is so knowledgeable and knew the proper treatment needed to heal all my ailments the 2 times I was there. She sent CVS prescriptions and gave me a print out of my visit and how to recover at home instructions. The nursing staff is easy to communicate with and very professional. I couldnt get a Dr. appointment till next Wednesday afternoon. I was lucky for CareSpot on Friday. Had upper respiratory infection and needed meds right away. Thanks!
