‏Today, I showed up for the appointment, only to be told that you don’t offer this exam at all. This wasted my time and caused me a lot of frustration, especially since it’s hard to find another clinic now (it is Friday).
‏If you don’t provide a service, your staff shouldn’t confirm it to patients. This was very unprofessional.
