1 /5 Stephanie Widrig: My first visit was my last with Dr. Ofner. She was immediately dismissive of my concerns and even said, "you dont want Alzheimers," while I was explaining my symptoms, as if I had an agenda for that diagnosis. She had the worst bedside manner of any medical professional Ive ever encountered. She is the antithesis of professional and her demeanor was borderline combative. She didnt listen to what I had to say and was about to end our visit without even examining me. She did so only as a formality as her mind was made up based on seemingly my age alone. I was terrified for that appointment and had to wait several months only to be disregarded. I wouldnt recommend her to my worst enemy.

1 /5 B C: Horrible scheduling. I made an appointment with Dr Ofner two months in advance and I really needed to be seen for a bad case of twitching. When I came for my appointment on time, the check-in receptionist said that I wasn’t even in their system. I showed her the text exchange with their scheduler (who was very unprofessional and did not even give me her name when making my appointment), she acknowledged that I was not confused but still said I would have to make another appointment. No apologies, no explanations. Dr Ofner is reputed to be an excellent doctor. It’s a shame that the total lack of professionalism and concern of her schedulers give her office a bad name. You should hire competent, knowledgeable people for scheduling. This is where your reputation starts or ends.

1 /5 Cassandra Ryan: She needs her license taken. She’s old and outdated with her work. I went in for seizures and mentioned me having seizure euphoria before the seizure happens and this lady said it wasn’t a thing. Google can very much say differently. She now is referring me somewhere for pots even though I HAVE SEIZURES. Epileptic auras, generally speaking, last from a few seconds up to usually 20 to 30 seconds but to a maximum of about 2 to 3 minutes. Thereafter, the seizure may or may not evolve into loss of consciousness and a generalized tonic–clonic seizure. Most auras of seizures generally are unpleasant, including feelings of anxiety and fear (60%) as well as depression. DO YOUR RESEARCH!! Thennnn get back to me. FAIR WARNING DO NOT GO HERE. Very dismissive
