    • USF Health Department of Neurosurgery - Lakeland Howard Summers: I have been having lower back pain. I recently had a CT scan and an MRI at Watson Clinic, and they referred me to USF Health. On November 7, 2024, I saw Dr. Torres Gluck. He was very thorough in examining me and reviewing my MRI results. He told me my problem was muscular, and that I did not need surgery (which I was glad to hear). He used a couple of spine models to show me where my problem was, and what treatment I would need. He was very kind and listened to everything I had to say. He gave me a couple of prescriptions and said I needed physical therapy (PT). The doctor and his nurse, Nikki, gave me a list of 3 local places to go for PT. He said I also have the option to go wherever I wanted to go for PT. Thank you, Dr. Torres Gluck. I would highly recommend him to anyone having back problems.

    Watson Clinic South - Lakeland Kendra Bandy: My general complaint isn’t about the doctors or nurses. They’re great. I know specialty books out and they can’t help that. My complaint is about the billing department. When you make a payment through the online portal it doesn’t automatically go to the oldest invoice and it doesn’t give you that option. It just pays towards the most recent one.so even though you make monthly payments on your balance, like I’ve been doing, an invoice will show as past due and then they’ll send it to collects. The only form of communication of this is one single letter in the mail. A letter I never received. Maybe it went to an old address or got lost in the mail. All I know is I never received the letter. They never called me. They never emailed me. Just one single letter in the mail. So once it went to collections it was removed from invoice balance on my patient portal. Unbeknownst to me, I had a bill sent to collections. I paid my full balance. Or so I thought, in October of last year. I’m just now being told that I have an outstanding balance, that does NOT show on my portal so yes I’m mad. Getting hit with a surprise bill that I didn’t know was there when I thought it was paid of is so stupid. Not to mention the hit to my credit for something I didn’t know. Also, when sent to collections, their third party collections person never contacted me either. So there goes my credit on a bill I didn’t even know existed. Pay your bill in full to avoid this outrageous policy they have or set up a payment plan. Just paying your balance monthly through the patient portal apparently isn’t a payment plan and they just ignore that completely. It’s a policy they need to change asap. And they need to call or email people and stop using the unreliable snail mail system.

    Lakeland Regional Health Grasslands Campus Wound Care - Lakeland Sharon Eastham: The nurses and Dr Skarda do make my visit that naturally I dread.. go so smooth that sometimes there done before you even realize it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr Skarda and all you ladies and gentlemen.
    Lakeland Regional Medical Center: Arredondo Corey C MD - Lakeland Christina Guilds: My father is there with covid I understand that we cant see him. But when we called there and was transferred to the nurses station and the phone rang for almost an hour and still no one pick up. All we wanted was information on how he was. They need something done about that I know someone heard that phone ring and ignored it. So unprofessional. That whole hospital is unprofessional like that. The have no concern about anything.

    Lakeland Regional Health Pablo Campus Urgent Care - Lakeland alymarie 123: This isnt my first time at Pablo and each time Ive gone in, it was fast check in. The ladies at the desk have always been nice hoping i feel better each time. Today i came in and the medical tech, Jacinda, was so compassionate and very sweet.

    Lakeland Regional Health OB/GYN North - Lakeland Team Green Party Decore, LLC: I came in November and they sent my labs to the incorrect provider that cause an out of network fee of over $200. I called and spoke to the manager who advised they would take care of the bill. To date that hasn’t been done and they’ve stopped responding to my messages on mycart and they aren’t returning phone calls. I am at risk for collections and these people do not care. I don’t recommend coming here.
