1 /5 F G: Update: 3 months after we posted this review, the owner replies “funny don’t remember any of this” which is very telling of a company whom we are already giving a one star review to. They didn’t say “call us to see if we can resolve your issue” or “sorry for your experience please call to tell us more so we can better understand what happened” none of that. Instead we are basically called liars months after the review. We don’t lie, we bring receipts.
I highly recommend people shop elsewhere because this is now two unprofessional responses to an inconvenience THEY caused.
Uncourteous staff. Parts did not arrive in time for our appointment, an inconvenience but understandable. However, no phone call to reschedule our appointment and then they were aggravated with us because we couldn’t leave the vehicle there indefinitely that day or possibly beyond that day.
Made a snide comment about not knowing that the vehicle would be getting dropped off and had to be picked up before 2 pm to pick up children from school. Mind you we had a 9 am appointment for a less than 2 hour install. Just to be clear, you are the service provider and you should communicate to your customer.
All of this could have been avoided by making a simple phone call asking us to reschedule before our appointment time. Or at least not catching an attitude for something that was not our fault.
Never coming back here.
