  • Diamond Spa Nail - Port St. Lucie Leslie DeLorenzo: I am a disabled Senior Lady with two autoimmune diseases, one of which is Multiple Sclerosis. My one luxury is a pedicure and due to my medical conditions, I am physically unable to pedicure my own toes. Because of my financial situation, I am only able to afford a pedicure every other month. Back in January and today, March 21st, I was made to feel like a 2nd class citizen by the Owner, Sky. In January, she asked me WHY she was doing my pedicure as shes the owner and "I dont do pedicures" was the response I was given just as her lunch was delivered. I reminded her that the first time I entered her salon last year with an appointment, they had scheduled me with Jaylee who was not able to cut my toenails properly as she didnt know how to use toenail nippers and regular nail clippers dont work with toenails (with fingernails - yes). When Sky saw that Jaylee wasnt skilled enough with the nippers, she stepped in and did my pedicure, which she was very proficient in doing and gives a very nice pedicure. Then after, I always scheduled my pedicure appointments with her until her big announcement in January. Today, I walk in and what do I see? Sky bent over a pedicure chair pedicuring a rather well-to-do elderly lady that was dressed very nicely for a pedicure. She was dressed up like you would for a rather important social event. First, I was shocked, then hurt, and then just plain angry. I abhor being lied to, so I said to the new nail technician that was to do my pedicure that "since Sky no longer does pedicures than I guess youll be stuck with me". I said it in a joking manner, but deep inside I was very upset. I had been very happy having Sky do my pedicures and she just shunned me and forced me to be relegated to using someone else who clearly doesnt have her skill set. As soon as she finished her clients pedicure, she walked out of the salon. When she finally came back in, she wouldnt even look me in the face. Then she just abruptly left and stayed gone the whole time and this pedicure took over 1 1/2 hours because again, this young lady acted scared to cut my toenails with toenail nippers. I think she was just not very experienced or confident using them. Another time, when my Rheumatoid Arthritis was flaring causing my feet to be very, very tender, I had pulled my foot back because handling it was causing me quite the discomfort and I apologized to Sky for having done so and she asked me "Why dont you come more often, then it wouldnt hurt?" and I responded: "Because I cant afford to!" Is this how you show compassion and treat an elderly lady with not affording her some dignity? Every time I was there, I paid in cash because they charge a 3% surcharge for using a bank debit card and every time I tipped her a 23% gratuity. I was always congenial even though she barely spoke to or interacted with me while doing my pedicures for almost a year. I just chalked it up to her being an introvert. Seniors, I cannot recommend this salon after the treatment I experienced there. Disabled people, I cannot recommend it either as there was no sensitivity dealing with me being handicapped.
CALI NAILS - Sun City Center Ana Teresa (Terri) Castanera: If there was less than1 star, I would give them that. I have been going to Cali Nails for about a year for a pedicure. The first experience was great. I had them done by the same girl another time and she was great. When I went again she was gone. Since then, other people had been doing my pedicure and they were fine. About a month ago, I went and was assigned Claudia. She first grabbed onto my toe so hard, it hurt. I guess she got upset that I said something. She tried to take of the polish off the big toe. I had the metallic polish which is harder to remove. She didnt try to take it off the other toes. Then she told me it was gel. Ive never had gel on my toes. But she decided to tell the guy in charge that it was gel. He believed her and charged me more for removing the gel which I never had. He believed some inexperienced person to charge me more. So his greed made me write his review. My big regret is giving her a tip. I can see why they have a big turnover with people working there. I even told the guy, dont you think if I had gel, they would have charged me for it. He just said, to you have to pay for it. I am writing this review to warn other people about their greed. I will never go there and will tell everyone I know what happened to me.

Cali Nails & Tan - Parrish Taylor Pawlowski: I stopped going here for a while because of how they just zipped through my nails and eyebrows without literally even barely looking at the end product and fixing mistakes or even acknowledging that they may have messed up on something. Well I figured Id give them another shot and what do you know same thing Kim did my eyebrows in about 30 seconds didnt even look at them (she literally didnt even touch tweezers, i dont even think they have any) after or have right lighting not to mention she got wax literally all over my face because she rushed so fast and I couldnt check them because the lighting sucked get home and they look absolutely horrible have some pride in your work guys or go into a diffent line of work its crazy just remind me why I stopped going there to begin with. Not to mention I just got to fill on my nails as well in the next day the gel polish is chipping off already if youre going to have a salon have pride in your product damn literally has nothing has changed in 2 years at this place Im not quite sure how theyre still running I know multiple people who have said the same thing. Also I was reading other reviews And it seems Like every time somebody posts something negative about the poor service on Google the owner just bashes them on Google So Im fully expecting that Behavior from them. If you dont believe me go look at how shes talked to other customers on the reviews. Most unprofessional place ever
Perry Taylor Chamber-Cmmrce - Perry sally smith: I paid for a vendors booth for the Forest Festival thats held in October 2021. I got a new trailer that allows customers to walk inside to shop , I call the Chamber to verify my booth size and location to make sure the trailer would fit properly. I was informed by Don who was speaking in the background that she did want any trailers in the vendors area an she would just refund my money did give any opportunity to comment or make other arrangements to come, this was approximately 2 weeks before the event. Since the event Ive called numerous times inquiring about my refund, Ive been told the check is being mailed or they dont have and one to process payments one excuse after the other. I just want my refund because Im sure the resold my space. My next step will be small claims court, not letting this go there was nothing in the application about not allowing trailer and I also informed them I had liability insurance for my trailer.
NAILZ SPA - New Smyrna Beach Vikki P.: A true indicator of a good manicure is how long it stays without chipping or peeling. Happy to report my gel mani from this salon is doing better than from any other local establishment. Very pretty place with a fun vibe & fair pricing. Will definitely come back. Tip: plan ahead & make an appointment. This place gets busy!
The Studio at Elite Feet - Port Orange Alexis Coombs: I recently had the pleasure of attending the Elite Feet Level UP class, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The class was meticulously organized, with every detail thoughtfully planned out. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and relaxing, creating the perfect environment for learning. Emily is truly an inspiration—her passion and dedication to her craft shines through in her teaching. She is not only motivational but also incredibly knowledgeable. I left with countless valuable insights and practical tips I can use on my clients, as she made sure to address all of my questions and concerns thoroughly. This class was packed with gems, and I gained so much from the experience. I would absolutely take another course with Emily and could easily see her as my mentor in the near future. If youre looking to elevate your skills and knowledge as a pedicurist , I highly recommend learning from her!
Classy Nails - Port Orange Zita Kiss: I’m very sad because my 14 year old daughter was getting her nails done for homecoming. We got Jennifer and we were happy because we went to her a couple times before. But the last two times she was really rough, but the last time it was extremely bad. While she was doing her nails it was bleeding the whole time, and two days has past and her nails are extremely red and irritated. I don’t recommend to anybody, and we will never be going back again
Cindy Lees Facial & Nail Institute - Daytona Beach tori: I went to school for nails at Cindy Lee’s. It was truly a gift to be able to attend this school. I never thought I would be able to further my career; I worked retail and it’s hard- and not rewarding. I’ve loved art for as long as I can remember, and I have a talent for it, but was never able to turn it into a career. When my aunt offered to pay for my tuition to manicuring school, I was ecstatic. I found this school through Google and felt welcomed as soon as I called and had my tour. I had an amazing education there with amazing teachers. I found a job a week out of school with all the knowledge I learned. The people here are amazing. They know what they’re doing and they make it easy to break down.
