1 /5 K. P.: 1 staff member doesnt communicate effectively and is bringing the office down. Wisdom teeth procedure didnt happen, as my son ended up in the emergency room instead getting a chest xray, due to the poor communication of this 1 staff member. She tried to cover for herself in front of the dentist and denied her miscommunication and tried to blame me for her own miscommunication! No accountability! She acted entitled and rude!

I was so pleased to see how clean the office was and appreciated kindess of the front especially Sofi Thank u for getting my daughter out of pain and making the process easy for us Office manager was kind and curteous

1 /5 M Z: Office staff will ruin this dental office! First impressions are lasting impressions and will not be going due to interaction from office staff that does not know how to do their job and has horrific customer service, especially the one that has been there for FOUR years!

1 /5 Jo Bruno: DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!! This was a recommendation for a tooth extraction by regular dentist. So many things wrong with this place. I will be looking in to reporting the practice. The front desk staff is HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. Discussing politics in front of patients. Being petty & rude towards patients because the Doctor didn’t say “good morning” to you? Be professional. There was no certified anesthesiologist - part way through the procedure the patient WOKE UP!! Not to mention that this has been the worst healing ever! Half of the face is swollen 3x the size. If your dentist recommends that you go here - DO NOT GO HERE!!! Ask for another place.

1 /5 Arleen Joyce: Worst experience I have had at a dental office. Came in with my autistic daughter for a 1:30 appointment. Since she has to be sedated, she had nothing to eat or drink since dinner the night before. She is also a diabetic. We sat and waited a good hour being told that the room had a patient who was sedated and were waiting for him to get up. In the meantime staff were eating their lunch in an office right off the waiting room, which the proper thing to do is close for lunch, then schedule your patients accordingly. Told the front desk we were leaving and again they repeated the same story, then the doctor came out and explained again why the hold up. His scrubs were very unprofessional, his demeanor was rude. In the meantime my daughter was starting to cry and rock because she felt nauseous as she needed food. No one cared, so we left and as we were approaching the car a woman came out and said to us that they were ready for her. I would not recommend this place to anyone not even my dogs.
