I took my 10-year-old nonverbal autistic child to see Dr. Sugar, and she was amazing—patient, gentle, and so understanding. The entire staff was welcoming and made sure he felt comfortable every step of the way. It’s not easy finding a pediatric dentist who truly knows how to work with autistic children, but Dr. Sugar and her team made the experience smooth and stress-free. If youre looking for a compassionate, skilled, and kid-friendly dentist, I highly recommend them!

Allison Castro: I have been a patient of Dr. Tyson’s for over 3 years. He is very nice and I have no complaints with him personally. My insurance changed in January of 2018 and I had a 6 month appointment already scheduled. Prior to my appointment, I called the office and gave them my new insurance information. It was the same company (in which they participate) with a different group, so I thought. The front desk person told me that it should be fine and keep my appointment. On the day of my appointment, I gave the check in person a copy of my insurance card and they didn’t collect a copay. I had my visit and all went well. Within a few weeks of my appointment, I receive notification from my insurance company that the visit may not be covered. Within a few days of that letter, I receive notification from Dr. Tyson’s office that I owed them $115 for the visit because it was not covered by my insurance. I call Dr. Tyson’s office this week, expressed my displeasure, and voiced my opinion that I should not be billed for this visit because I was informed by their staff that everything was fine, I was never told that I was out of network, or would have to pay for my visit. I received a voicemail today from Dr. Tyson’s office informing me that they would not waive the fee for the visit, and that I would be owing the full balance. I will never recommend Dr. Tyson’s office again, I have to switch doctors anyway, but even if I did not, I would never go back.

Chris Tufano: Dr Holley is great, techs are great. Normally don’t have to wait for your appointment. Been going for about 7 years and every time I get x rays I end up having some silly amount of $ due. I always refuse the service unless they confirm what the amount would be, but this last time the new tech rushed into everything and managed to get some X-rays. Lo and behold, bill for $150 or so fake oh mail if I recall correctly. I called my insurance and was told the most Dr Holleys office can charge above the $$ they were paid from insurance is $50. This time I’m done. So, service is great, but beware of being charged when you shouldn’t be, or at least 3x the amount owed.
