5 /5 Jodeja Chisolm: Grace (receptionist) is pleasant. She has a way of making patients feel comfortable in uncomfortable situations. She should be recognized by CFHC in some way.

1 /5 Delaney Clark: Wish I could give zero stars called in February to get a dentist appointment since apparently they are the only place in Polk county that takes my insurance. Schedule an appointment for July. Thursday night I had a tooth break and Friday I asked if they could get me in sooner the lady on the phone said “sorry they’re booking into October now you’ll have to walk in from 7-3” so I walk in this morning for them to tell me they don’t accept walk ins and to go to the Lakeland hills location only to be turned away there too. This place sucks. No care for anyone. It’s disgusting.

5 /5 Ingeborg Coffman: I had the same Dentist in Iowa until moved to Lakeland. Sad to say none of the Walmart type Dental offices did a good job. Also lie and want you to have treatment if not necessary, I am to smart to fall for it. Offices were not clean and up to standards. I tried 4 places until one of my neighbors told me what a great job this tax supported clinic does. Offices are above standard clean, people are great, they are well trained and the cleaning is the best I had in years. Absolutely go there, I have insurance , I am fortunate but this place is a 10

1 /5 WhiteFeather Hawkins: Was a walk in June 2021. sat 4 hours left and returned next day. Office Staff did all they could do. So much going on negative in the office was sad. Dr. Casey is who I saw, He pulled a wisdom that was bad. They took 2 x-rays and I was set to have the 2nd wisdom pulled on Aug 2. I had to return a week after it was pulled, it was infected. I was not given any prescription in case. Pain continued for over 2 weeks. It was time to find a new Dentist. I have medical issues that this could have been a danger. Today 7 19 2021 I asked for my x-ray and went to pick up, I only got a paper with a copy, I said this is only 1, you took 2. They could not find a 2nd one. Many days they have a note staff is out... This office is so hard to get on phone, I was given an ext. 5 times today I tried each time the message box was full. Dr. Casey seemed a good Dentist and caring. The Dental hygienist had left a message she quit the night before I got to see Dr. Casey. The staff shared with each other that the main office was trying to get everyone to quit. This should have not been shared in the open so the people waiting Could hear. I will not return.
