1 /5 Carlos Dacosta: My son was feeling sick so I showed up without an appointment. I paid the required copay but after 1hr 20 mins waiting, nobody called us. When I asked what happened, apparently dr. Jennifer Warras went to her lunch like she don’t care. Terrible image, definitely not a recommended clinic to take your kids. Without mentioning thet the place was dirty. Update: Went to same clinic but the one located in Mulberry, you guys in Lakeland must learn professionally from them.

1 /5 Javymar Urdaneta Martinez: I called for an early appointment because my child has lung issues do to his prematurity. The earliest appointment they had was after 3 days. I walk in because He is having trouble breathing and has a terrible Wheezing. I waited there patiently 3 hours and then decided to go to the E.R of the nearest hospital. My son has been seen in this office since the day he got out of the hospital. If you see there is a baby that is sick it should be a priority.

5 /5 Bridgette Long: I have never been to a doctors office with the children and have the best experience that Ive had with this office every single time I have wet short wait time very nice staff caring nurses even the front desk clerks are marvelous they will make you feel so comfortable coming in that building you dont even realize the time you spent there and when you leave its the same thing thank you guys so much my kids love this office when we get ready to go they like oh we wont be there that long and we dont and thank you

Advantage Medical Group - Lakeland Shannon Hernandez OGorman: Always changing doctor and nurses some of us patients want the same Dr and nurses not different ppl and never a notice had one nurse when changed very rude dont speak back to you when you speak to her. Not a good places at all . Would give no stars if possible

Lakeland Pathologists - Lakeland Yarixa C: This place is a scam. Like most of you, I received a suspicious text saying that I had a balance due and proceeded to tell me to “click the link” to pay. I did not of course. They even mentioned my providers name and the clinic I went to in the text. But I work with insurance and knew that I didn’t owe anything. I did however, call my insurance company and explained to them to message I’d just received and they confirmed I have no outstanding balance for the services these people are saying I owe. To anyone that comes across this DO NOT CLICK the link or call the number they have. They are scammers, if you want to know if you really have a balance CALL YOUR INSURANCE PLAN.

Lakeland Regional Health North Campus/Hollis Cancer Center - Lakeland Lyndsay Morgan: Money Money Money. I had an ER visit a year ago that my insurance picked up. A small bill slipped thru the cracks so I resent it to them they said they would get it handled. But until this SMALL bill is taken care of these people would not make an appointment what so ever. Mind you TINY amount of money. I could pay it but I pay insurance thats why I have it. I have never encountered a place so greedy and the staff be so incredibly hateful. I said the Dr referred me to your office to make an appointment within 3 days. "Well that doesnt mean you get seen in 3 days and you have a balance so you need to talk to patient accounts anyway" ummm I know I wouldnt be seen in 3 days i was just letting you know how I ended up calling your office...but thanks for your kind soul. The lady was so short and so hateful. Not to mention I was on hold for 45 minutes prior to getting a human. Going to a cancer center is scary as it stands. But to have to argue of pennies in the dollar and be spoken to like garbage I feel sorry for the people who have no choice but to go here. Shame on you all!
