1 /5 Dianeibis Iglesias: If I could give this place a 0 I would. To begin with they only have the outdated location on their website and on their confirmation emails. So after driving all the way to the given address, i was told that my appointment was at the other salon which I could not find the address for. After finding the new address and driving almost 30 minutes in the other location, I was told that the employee I had originally booked with was no longer available. Even though when I got there she was doing her own nails and did not have a customer. I was then helped by another employee who was very kind but sadly did not do my nails good. The salon itself was also incredibly dirty. That’s one of the main reasons I’m leaving this review. The bathroom sink was clogged and they did not have soap or paper, none of the tools were disinfected between customers, and the same container with the same liquid was used to take off everyone’s gel manicure. The container they had me put my hands in still had gel from a previous customer in it and Had a cloudy color. They did not disinfect or change out the liquid in it and Then proceeded to put it away. I left there with an incredibly sloppy and thick manicure and pedicure. They also left me with residual gel remover liquid on my hands that they didn’t even try to clean off before i left. And i had an incredibly hard time taking off at home. I was beyond disappointed and still had to pay the $55. Save yourself the trouble and the money and find somewhere cleaner that will actually provide what you’re paying for.
