He even called the following day to check up on me. I’ve never had a dentist do that before. The office staff is top notch, polite, and easy to get in contact with. I’ve had to bring my 4 year old son a couple of times and everyone was so accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this office!

However, today my experience was very negative. First, I was told that children are not allowed, although I was never informed of this before, and I didn’t see any sign during my previous visits. Additionally, I was told I made a mistake when writing the names on the registration form, but no one explained that I needed to flip the page. I believe it’s the receptionist’s responsibility to ensure the form is completed correctly and to provide clear instructions.
Even though I arrived on time for my appointment, I had to leave because I wasn’t allowed to stay with my daughter, which was very frustrating. To top it off, I was informed that I had to pay a cancellation fee, which wasn’t fair since the situation wasn’t made clear from the start. Because of all of this, I’ve decided not to return to this office.
