    Tommie Chavez: Let me just say that Diego did a phenomenal job. Of all the mechanics and dealerships no one ever contacted me back except for him. He called me back within 10 mins and headed to my home. My car was not cooperating when I initially tried to start it. It did not want to turn on. However he was able to identify the problem quick and resolve it within a short time. My starter went bad so he replaced the part. He charged me a fair price and is an unbelievably hard-working man. I highly recommend him and will call him in the future if I experience anymore issues. 10/10

    David Brodosi: Wow! What great customer service! The manager was extremely friendly and transparent, providing all the quotes upfront with no hard selling whatsoever. The techs were equally awesome, demonstrating expertise and professionalism throughout the process. I brought in my Honda CR-V, which had a persistent catalytic converter error code. I had already tried the induction cleaning method, but the issue remained. The team recommended replacing it with an OEM Magnaflow catalytic converter. When the job was complete, one of the techs brought me back to inspect the work—and honestly, I think he was just showing off his craftsmanship, but for good reason. The repair was flawless. He walked me through where the pre- and post-oxygen sensors were installed in the new unit and explained everything in detail. His welding was top-notch, and the finished product looked perfect. Best of all, no more error codes! The total cost fell well below the $1,000–$2,000 range that you typically hear about, so much more affordable than the price of a Honda catalytic converter replacement. While I was there, I also had an engine mount replaced, and even with that added repair, the final bill was surprisingly reasonable. My CR-V now drives smoother than ever. The shop itself is a comfortable spot, with plenty of seating both inside and outside. The entire process took about an hour, so if you’re waiting, you can grab a soft drink and snack from the store across the street. This place is definitely my new go-to for auto repairs!

He listened to my description of my cars AC problem and told me how he was going to diagnose the issue. Not only did he find the problem quickly, he was able to fix the issue and ensure there were no other issues within an hour.     Justin Andrews: Finding Jeremy and his team at Pinellas Total Car Care has been a great gift as they are trustworthy, no-nonsense and very reasonably priced. Have had everything done from a fuel pump to AC work to new rotors/brakes/calipers to routine oil change. Their service and care (and even sometimes ability to sneak in a quick appt same day!) are noticed and not taken for granted as I am used to a small town market, so the number of choices here in auto shops can be overwhelming, but theres not really any others I trust as much in Pinellas County. Getting in and out and knowing that Jeremy only fixes whats actually in need of repair (and highlights what he may recommend, but not at all in a "salesmanship" way) is what anyone wants, and youll find it here!
