Jose Rosario Ryan and Danny are great! Kept my garage clean and very knowledgeable. Needed to get my 02 RSX on the road after 2 years of not running. They came out with a fair price for diagnosis and in just a few days had her back on the road. Don’t want anyone else working on this car but them.

Caden Brown Ryan and Joshua were awesome!!! Helped me out on a Saturday with getting 38x13.50 tires put on when every other shop said they couldn’t! Even stayed after closing to make it happen since I was leaving out of town Monday morning! Thank you guys so much and definitely have earned my business again!!

Sarah L. Stevens Exceptional auto & customer service. My two tires were changed quickly and after it was easily explained what else I needed done because I asked specifically what was destroying my tires. I was able to book my next two service appointments to fit into the days off of my hectic schedule. The waiting area was cozy and peaceful, but my favorite was a ladies restroom. Kind and quick and thorough. Glad I found my new mechanic.

Trevor Ballinger By far the best customer service Ive ever had at a shop. They listened, diagnose my vehicle, and did everything they could to get me where I needed to go as I came in with a failed transmission. I literally cant say enough good things about the crew here. If you need a service or repair done, dont hesitate. As a mechanic myself, I can tell you these guys are incredibly accurate, fair, and the pricing is incredibly competitive to anyone else in town as well. Bravo, keep it up!

Marsha Soday Best automotive shop around! We were visiting from California and had issues with our SUV. Took it to another well known automotive shop 3 times and they never could get it fixed. Looked online to find an automotive shop with great ratings and that is when we selected, Ocalas Only Choice Automotive because of the great ratings. We were amazed how knowledgeable James was about automotive repairs. He kept us informed on what he found and what the parts were going to cost before hand. And by the way, his charges were the best! So if you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable with customer service over the top, this should be the shop you call. Thank you James for everything you did for us. Wish you were in CA... Nicholas Uszaki Review for the shop with Jesse the owner. He does GREAT work at a very reasonable price. Always able to do what I need on the car. Will use always in the future for my car needs including oil change.

sarah smith I would not recommend this shop. I came in because my engine was leaking oil and was haveing misfires. The owner informed me that it was a simple fix that just needed a new valve cover gasket and new spark plug because oil had leaked in around them as well. Great. No problem. I left and trusted him to do his part. He knocks in out in like an hour or so. Tells me, if i have any issues with misfires again, it would be because the leaked oil damaged my ignition coils, and that we should replace them. Again, cool, thanks for the heads up. Less than a month later, Im haveing misfire issues again. No biggie, he told me this could happen. Going off what he told me, I purchased 4 new coils and replaced then. Nothing changes, actually now its worse then before I first came to him. Furious, I take my car to another shop. Come to find out, 1. he didnt correctly replace the gasket properly, so oil had once again leaked and pooled around my plugs and ignition coils; 2. the spark plugs he used to replace the original ones were cheap and too weak for my engine (adding to my misfire problem) and 3. the mechanic from the second shop believes I didnt need the new ignition coils in the first place. Please use caution if you choose to use this shop. I personally wont be returning.

Mitch Miller Left Siesta Key towing my 2023 Regal LS9 Boat that weighs 8,000 pounds north to Michigan. Stopped at Ocala, FL WAWA for fuel. Checked hubs on trailer and they were all smoking hot! No trailer service centers could help as it was 3:30PM on a Thursday. Oscar was 1 block away so I decided to stop and see if they could help me. His team put 4 new wheel bearings on my trailer and repacked the grease. One break pad was worn out probably due to a sticky caliper. The swapped my front and rear axel brakes at my request because parts where a week out. I made to to Nashville safely and will stay with my daughter until I can have Modern Marine replace the brakes on Wednesday. Thank you for helping a guy out in a pinch! Great guys! Highly recommend!!!!

Luis H This man is a blessing! Not only did he change my tire when I had a long road trip ahead but he did it when it was almost midnight! He was able to get me back up and running on the road in no time. I don’t leave many reviews but this definitely earned a 5 star rating. 10/10 if you need any help I really recommend this establishment

Chad T Wilson I blew the exhaust side of my turbo diesel on Friday. All my research point to North East Auto and Truck Service. Dropped it off Monday morning. We expected 5 days or more since all parts I destroyed had to come from the manufacturer. I planned for the following Monday and they were finished Thursday, ahead of prediction. They were very thorough and transparent with the initial inspection, detailed in the proposed scope of work that I approved in full, and honest regarding the damage ended up not as extensive as originally contemplated after they got into it and were able to perform closer inspections. Communication was great. The online system for quotes, proposal acceptance and payment was really easy and a must since I was on vacation in Ocala when this happened. AND I genuinely liked the three individuals I met at North East, Mike, Steve and Sally(?)Sara(?)Sue(?); it’s been a minute. Very pleased, would recommend North East to everyone excluding my enemies.

Jon Calvin My experience with NE Auto was very positive. Mike was excellent to work with and everyone there was very good with diesels, much better than my Jeep dealer was. They gave me a loaner to drive which was much better than having to get a rental due to the Jeep dealer not having any for their customers.

Erica Hay Absolutely do not go here. Unfortunately, I had an issue and had to stop at the closest garage because I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my vehicle. Gave an estimate of over $10,000 And said the engine needed to be replaced. Took it to my normal garage and it’s a $600 repair. Update, they obviously know who we are because they immediately called my son-in-law asking him to take this down.

Eric Ostermann Ive been trusting Brian and Ashley for over 10 years now. They always do great work at a reasonable price, and only suggest spending the money on whats necessary. Whether its a simple oil change or a major repair, give them a try.

Joan Cartwright AutoMax sent me there for an alignment. I left with it still pulling to the right. I had to get it done somewhere else correctly and they won’t pay for it. Treated me like an idiot because I’m a woman, never going back idiot because I’m a woman. I told them over and over again it’s still pulling into the right and now they said no refunds

Bobby Maxxum These guys took great care of my Jeep. I recently lifted and installed larger tires. They worked hard to get it aligned correctly. I am a life long Ocala Native and can personally vouch for their honesty and work.

Katy Alexander Had an awesome experience at Spencer’s diesel. They are so affordable! They did an oil change, inspection, and replaces a bulb for me on a small bus for less than an oil change for my small suv from a dealership or quick pull through shop. I was in and out in a little over an hour and the lady at the desk was friendly and knowledgeable. Will be going back with my other vehicles for any/all needs.

Alexis Guzman WOW I TOOK MY TRUCK TO GET THE POWER STEP INSTALLED, AND IT WAS AN ODYSSEY. THEY INSTALLED THEM AFTER 2 MONTHS I CAME BACK AND THEY DIDNT WORK, THEY TOLD ME TO GET THE COMPUTER WET AND NEVER USE THE TRUCK, THEY DIDNT HAVE STAFF TAKING ORDERS, DURING THE INSTALLATION THEY BROKE THE CABLES FOR THE REARVIEW MIRRORS WOW A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AND STILL TODAY I JUST REALIZED THAT ONE REARVIEW MIRROR DOESNT WORK AGAIN.

I bought in my car and my own parts including extra parts. They only used the parts that were needed and gave me the extra parts back unopened. I dealt Wes and he was so honest. Andrew Kellerhals I blew a drive tire on my semi, and they swapped it with my spare. Pricing is fair, and they are quick. They do have a selection of new as well as used tires if you need them. They are a little tricky to get into with a trailer, but its very doable as long as you pay attention.

Cassandra McIntosh We had a tire blow out on our trailer had to pull over at racetrac called H&D services and they were professional and kind from the beginning. They sent a tech out within 15 mins he was there and replaced our tire and was very professional and kind as well. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much

Bob Mills Updated-The owner of EAS will go out of his way to make sure everything comes out great, if something isn’t perfect like in my case where the factory paint didn’t match he will work with his paint supplier to make it match perfectly. I am so happy with the paint match now. Thanks!!!! I took my beautiful Mustang GT to Executive Automotive Service to have a new front bumper installed after a rod from a parking block caught the underneath of my bumper and pulled one side of the bumper from the fender. The installation was perfect but the paint match was way darker than my Ford Race Red paint code. They gave me an excuse that the material of the bumper is different than the metal of the car. I now have to take it to someone else to have the paint redone. Terribly disappointed.

Steve T Came in with a tire with low pressure that wouldn’t hold air. They repaired it and didn’t try to sell me a new tire. Lisa at the counter was friendly and professional.

Brian Van Dyke I was told that this place was one of the best in Ocala Florida that is completely hogwash I brought my vehicle there it was 2 weeks after dropping it off I was told it was ready pick the vehicle up made it halfway to my house and it completely died again then how to pay for a second tow truck to get it back to them then was told my computer was no good so hows the computer reprogrammed at Dodge has the computer put back in the truck it took another 6 weeks before I got my truck back and my truck is worse than it ever was I got every light on my dashboard on I have no oil pressure my truck does not run the way it used to before it broke down and theyre telling me that they did all they could do charge me way over $1,000 in tow truck fees 300 for a computer which I dont believe theres anything was wrong with it because its still doing the same thing and then the top it all off I finally pick up my truck today after its sitting there for 8 weeks and find out that my truck was hit the whole left side of my truck is damaged from front to back call them and they said oh we dont know anything about it ask how to get in the photographs are the damage to my vehicle give me a website or an email whichever send my photos and never hear back from them but this is absolutely the worst place Ive ever taken a vehicle to and talk about communication hahahaha thats actually hysterical if you dont contact them Ill call them you never hear from nobody and then they hang up on you constantly I keep charging you and not doing a damn thing to the vehicle I am literally almost two grand into my vehicle and still that its not fixed its worse than it ever was and now damage because it was hit by another vehicle and I would not suggest anybody going here not even to get a tire plugged thats how shity this place has got to be the worst place Ive ever taken a vehicle to I was just not taking a vehicle here and I would really watch what theyre doing because me and my truck is not even worse than it was when I went in its not damaged from front to back on the whole left side

Mike Fiore Unfortunately, I was Driving through Ocala when my truck broke down. It was after hours so I had the truck towed to Mullins. Jerry from OFD highly recommended them, said it was a great family business. I was greeted by Josh and Paul and they were excellent. Paul was very busy and backed up from being closed on Monday for memorial day. I explained the issues I had and he said he would try his best to get me back on the road today. Being unfamiliar with the area and staying at a hotel, Paul delivered fixing the truck before the end of the day. Very satisfied, I would highly recommend getting your car or truck repaired from the Professionals at Mullins. P.S. Dwayne, the owner came out to greet me and wish me happy and safe travels.Thanks again to all at Mullins.

Doug Fleck My friend of mine brought a vehicle there,an RV to get repaired. They told him that they charged by the hour. However, they didn’t tell the truth and the fact that every single time they touched an item they were charging a minimum charge of an hour. He had five different jobs that were literally five and 10 minute jobs and they charged him instead of a half hour for all the labor they charged him 10 times the amount. He had just had new rear brakes put on the vehicle and had them inspected a month before and only had put 200 miles on the vehicle and they charged him over $1000 for parts and labor for something that wasn’t needed also. Go there at your own risk! Make sure you get everything specifically in writing! Read all the rest of the bad reviews!
