1 /5 Jarrett Cotton: When I dropped my vehicle off, I explained the current conditions and the DTCs listed when I scanned the vehicle at home. The next day, when the inspection was completed, I was shocked that there was a recommendation for a new engine. I was disheartened that no other tests were performed beyond a scan that I had already done. No borescope was used to check for valve or piston interference, and the timing cover was not removed to check the chain for stretch, or if the guides were broken or the tensioner had failed. Just a recommendation for a new engine.
While they were clean and courteous, I wouldnt recommend them for anything more than light repair work or tune-up services.
