5 /5 Bruce Clark: I brought 2 cars into Christian Brothers in Mt Dora for oil changes. I made appts online which was very easy. Everyone in the office welcomed me by acknowledging me when I walked in the door. I never felt the heavy upsell sales pitch which you get at other places.. The waiting room was very clean and they even offer free coffee, tea, water and snacks. There is even a charging station for your phone. I highly recommend checking Christian Brothers.

5 /5 Kiarali Bracero: This is a very respectable business. I’ve Always felt uneasy going into automotive repair shops. However, I did not feel this way at all here. I unfortunately was in a very stressful situation with a vehicle I had just bought. They made sure to look at it promptly, even though I had came there last minute, and gave me a call when they got the diagnostics and explained everything to me thoroughly. They are super professional, yet understanding, and made me feel heard, and made sure my car was taken care of. Thank you!

They have assisted several members of my family with various car repairs and we have all been so pleased with their attention to detail, transparency, and kindness. The complimentary shuttle service is so helpful for making arrangements simple, and I always felt informed and respected by their team! Also they are super fast! They replaced an ac compressor in just a day and were able to fit us in immediately!

1 /5 Chris M: I’ve been looking for a shop that works on antique vehicles, and this one caught my attention because their website specifically states that they service antique/classic cars. I called to set up an appointment and was told to call back the following week due to limited space, apparently they reserve one bay for antique vehicles. I appreciated that and explained how I keep my truck garaged, detailed and avoid exposing it to the elements. The service rep assured me it would be kept indoors, saying something along the lines of, We know older vehicles tend to be pampered. Perfect- that’s exactly what I was looking for. I called back the next week, scheduled the drop-off, and brought the truck in. The service manager told me I’d get a call no later than Monday with an estimate, and if approved, they’d start work immediately. They even gave me a courtesy ride home—a nice touch, though I figured it might reflect in the price. By Wednesday, two days after they said theyd call, I still hadn’t heard anything. I drove by and saw my truck sitting outside. When I called, I was told the bay was being used for another vehicle, but my truck was kept in that spot the previous days. The quote they gave me was about 20% higher than a competing shops, but I agreed to proceed anyway—just asked for confirmation on when they’d start, especially with rain in the forecast. An hour later, I got a call from a different service manager who now said there were two other classic cars ahead of mine, and it would be several weeks before they could even begin work. That was it for me. I told them I’d come pick up the truck. When I arrived, my truck was filthy; covered in dirt, dust, bird droppings, and clearly had been left outside in the rain. The interior was dirty too, with grime on the dashboard and console. Despite their promises, it didn’t appear like it was ever kept inside. I was hoping for a much better experience than what I received. Unfortunately, I wouldnt recommend this shop for honesty and integrity with vehicle care based on my experience.
