1 /5 Anel Zavala: This review today is regarding a recent visit on Miami Beach Pediatric Associate with Dr. Christine Dolgin. I called in advanced about my newborn having a hair on her eye which I was afraid to remove. I was asked to go in for a visit which to have it checked and have the hair removed. Upon arrival, a 2 hours wait and paying for the visit, the doctor immediately refused to touch her eye, and referred me with a specialists. It felt like I was just brought in for the copay. After this very disappointing and pointless visit, I wanted to make the best use of the appointment and shared that my baby was having colics, and shared an over the counter medicine I was planing on using. I requested her feedback and directions on how to best use it and she ask me to read the instructions of the box. Not the kind of visit I needed, anyway. Not recommended at all. Terrible experience.

3 /5 marcia catalan: Skylake is overbook all the time, minimum one hours for see the doctor. The front desk is general nice , the nurses inside too most of then are nice. Some doctors are excepcional , Lake Dr Bennet, but very difficult to make appointment. Over hours doctors are not very good. My last visit the Nurse practitioner are very nice but the diagnostic are not good. @ days later they call me to tell me my daughter have infection through and they send the antibiotics to the farmacy. Relly the doctor toll me she was ok, dont worry mammy is a virus nothing to give to her only fluids and rest .

1 /5 Alejandra Ruiz: Very unprofessional. After waiting for the appointment she said she could not hear us (we did microphone check everything was working) she told us to get out of appointment (virtual telehealth) and log back in. When we logged back in right away she had cancelled the appointment and never called us back. We called tech support and they stated doctor should have called us back but didn’t and cancelled the appointment. Now we have to wait one hour to even get someone to help us schedule and wait for when one becomes available. This is not how she should have handled the appointment, extremely unprofessional.

5 /5 Linda Cohen: Brought my daughter Christine was amazing great diagnosing and so gentle and kind with my daughter put her at ease when needed to do testing. I would ask for Christine next time. She knows as much as the Doctors.

Depoo Hospital - Zoe Hawkins-Wells: A family member was in there recently and it is PURE HELL. Its hard to imagine theyre trying to help given the prison like set up they have. It strips you of your humanity. There was no toilet paper, no towels, no blankets. He suffered horribly. Freezing, horrible food, nothing to wipe yourself. Avoid at all costs.

Rural Health Network of Monroe County - Key West Cooljohn w: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Candy is the best! Super gentle, thorough, and friendly. My teeth feel amazing after my cleaning. Highly recommend her!

Lower Keys Medical Center - Key West Crystal Klaproth: Andrea and Sophia in L&D and postpartum were amazing! Andrea rushed to get me all checked in ASAP so she could get my epidural going as quickly as possible since my labor was advancing rapidly. She was very knowledgeable and kind and relaxed. Sophia helped us in postpartum recovery and was very kind as well and informative. All the nursing staff gave me confidence in our care while also giving us time to rest. Thank you all for a great experience

Surgery Center of Key West, LLC - Key West Amanda Lopez: Its funny how you treat locals or customers for that matter, your front staff called my daughter badgering her because she wouldnt change her appointment time that was already established for Personal reasons, and just now the manager called my daughter to yell at her to take down her review or she would be cancelling her appointment. As someone who has worked in a surgery center this type of treatment is egregious and disgusting please do better with your patients and members of this community, someone at management level should be better understanding at customer service and patient need. Thankfully the doctors treating her are amazing but should take note how this type of treatment reflects on their business, Hopefully the future of this center will be better staffed with quality management in the future.

Mount Sinai Primary Care and Diagnostic Center Key West - Key West Courtney McMurray: One of the best experiences I have had. I was in and out in no time and the staff was pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. Thank goodness we have this type of care on our tiny island!!
