Personal reasons, and just now the manager called my daughter to yell at her to take down her review or she would be cancelling her appointment. As someone who has worked in a surgery center this type of treatment is egregious and disgusting please do better with your patients and members of this community, someone at management level should be better understanding at customer service and patient need. Thankfully the doctors treating her are amazing but should take note how this type of treatment reflects on their business, Hopefully the future of this center will be better staffed with quality management in the future.
