I was in several different units (my favorite being the wound care) and I have never come across such incredible nurses like this anywhere else. The staff was very pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to all of their patients on every unit. Being there as a nursing student was a fantastic experience for me and all of the nurses I had the pleasure of working with were very helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

1 /5 Lorie Ingram: My husband was in this hospital for 3 nights. We had alot of issues with the beds . They were worn out. The nursing staff did not give him the water and ice in pitcher . they were giving him a small cup of it. On the second night a nurse came in and got it for him, didn’t understand why it had not been done. They put the heart leaders on his chest, they kept coming off, he’d asked them to shave the spot but they kept pulling his hair when trying to fix them. Finally toward the end a nurse came in and shaved him. The food was nasty…they got him in a room from ER at 9:30 pm, no rooms were available. He sat up all that time, not able to lay down on the ER Bed. It was very too small… His legs were swollen terribly. We will never return to this hospital…

Brittnee Shore: If I could give zero stars I would. This place is awful. I went the first month and told them I had low blood pressure and had to be careful with certain meds. They prescribed me a medicine that lowered it to the point I was blacking out. I attempted to reach out and was told they’d reach back out to me. A week later, I found out she was fired. I meet the new doc and she prescribed me a different med but it was giving me insomnia. I asked if we could lower it. She told me to cut it in half. I proceeded to call back saying I can’t because it’s a capsule. I kept calling and calling being told they would call in a new prescription. NOTHING! We go there to get help and they DO NOT help. Stay far, far away from this place for your mental health and wellbeing.

I had a five day stay here and from the lady cleaning the bathroom to the ones doing the surgery I give a huge recommendation. All the staff I had interactions with were very professional, friendly, very caring and compassionate. I felt very comfortable being in their hands for my health care. Rachael Richards: Staff is rude. Doctor is great. But the office people who you mainly deal with are very short with you. I dont understand how a childrens clinic is so rude. I get we are in a pandemic but when we are waiting over 5 mins outside and you take the temp inside of course temp will run high.

Any doctor that can walk into a room, look a computer and put his hand in your face and say “I’m going to speak first not you.” Was Highly disrespected and he doesn’t deserve to be in his position. Nothing worse than needing real help and walking away more hopeless than when you walked in.
