1 /5 Rochelle Anderson: I do not typically post reviews, but I feel so strongly about not recommending Dr. Clements that one time first of all, we waited for an hour before being called back for my dad’s first visit, even though there was only 1 other patient in the office. Then we had to wait another 30 minutes or more before Dr Clements came into the exam room. It was obvious that she had not reviewed my dad’s medical history which we had sent to the office prior to the visit, because I had to tell her about all the medical issues from the past 12 months. She has the personality of a rock and may have made eye contact with us once the whole time we were there. At our second visit she proceeded to scold us for not putting him in a nursing home, even though she is aware that he has a visiting home health nurse and therapist, as well as a APRN who has been communicating with her to coordinate care. Basically, I got the impression that she wanted him to come to her office every month so that she could bill Medicare. We can’t switch to a new primary care physician quick enough.

5 /5 J Roberts: Dr. Hanna Clements is very through and professional. I am an idiot when it comes to medical things. Dr. Clements will continue to explain in different ways, until I understand what she is telling me. I really appreciate the time she takes with me. Her staff is very professional and efficient. I am very glad to have found Dr. Clements.

5 /5 Elissa Robertson: I have found Dr. Hana Clements, to always be personable, professional and very knowledgeable. I am a Registered Nurse, certified in Emergency medicine, with 45 years experience. Dr. Clements can be abrupt and to the point, but I like that about her. She is giving you her professional opinions, treatment, lab reviews, etc. and that is why she is my physician. The office staff is prompt scheduling appointments and returning calls. After my visit with Dr. Clements, I feel like I have received the best care.

1 /5 dvorah wehrle: I liked the CNA, however I would not recommend this Doctor. She does not return calls when she is delegated to be "ON CALL". She stated she only does "preventative medicine". Also to get a thorough exam, just forget it. Im a nurse and I know. Nice? Somewhat cold and when I fired her, she was VINDICTIVE. The last visit, she did not listen or care for my needs. I was in a MVA, and because the driver who hit me was poorly insured, I was forced to seek a lawyer to pay my medical bills from ICU TRAUMA. I CANT RECOMMEND HER. I was actually told because I had a lawyer, she didnt want to be involved. Seriously? Why be a doctor?

5 /5 Dewey Chancey: Highly recommend! Every interaction and visit has been great from my initial observations to my most recent visit. The entire staff is always warm and welcoming. Dr Hana Clements is a great doctor. She has been very thorough and patiently listened to any concerns that Ive had. She gives me a true feeling of her caring about me. Thank you Dr Hana Clements!
