5 /5 Lisa Rhoades: I had been looking for a Primary Physician for awhile that I was comfortable with. After several fails, i decided to do what the sign says out front and walk in. The waiting area is very nice and clean and when i walked up to the window, i was greeted with a smile and right away she scheduled me an appointment, told me what i would need to bring with me and she answered my questions about my concerns as far as a physician and told me i would love Dr. Bautsch. From the moment he walked into the room i automatically felt comfortable with him. He genuinely is concerned about his patients well being. He and everyone in that office have been nothing but awesome. Ive already recommended to several people and will continue to do so.

5 /5 Ed Murfin: We are most delighted with our experience at the West Florida Medical Group, Primary Care office every time we go. The staff is very courteous and friendly and helpful, the environment is very spacious and comfortable, and Dr. Bill Bautsch is just plain super. He is so relaxed and friendly and conversational that you feel the same and wind up sharing more about the way you feel. Hes almost like family. This results in a better diagnosis and treatment, thankfully. We recently referred some friends to him and they feel the same.

5 /5 j4y: I absolutely love Dr Bautsch and his staff! He always takes the time too listen to me and explains well so I can understand. He has a great bedside manner and is genuine in caring for me and my family members. The staff is very caring and friendly.

5 /5 Jessica Dean: Dr. Bautsch is excellent. He is very thorough and direct. I also appreciate that he took my issue seriously, with concern, and did not brush it off like I was over reacting much like many doctors have done in the past. The staff and nurses are both friendly and helpful. I did not once feel judged for any silly questions I may have had. I strongly recommend!

5 /5 Don Luke: Dr. Bautsch is one of the only Doctors I have ever really trusted. He is so down to earth. The place is so cleaned and organized. I really feel relaxed and like I am cared about, instead of just a number being hurried thru. Thanks to everyone working there. They all get a big "Good Job" from me.
