5 /5 MELANIE THURSTON: I was at the ER and was told to follow up with Dr. Bower when I went to see him his nurse and himself were very kind and explained everything so I was able to understand. I ended up needing surgery pretty quickly and Dr. Bower was actually getting ready for vacation the next week so he actually scheduled my surgery on a day he doesnt usually do surgery, just so I could be taken care of. I think he is a fantastic Dr. also so is his nurse Rose. They both are very attentive and nice and explain everything in details. So I really appreciate them very much and would recommend them to my family and friends.

1 /5 Loretta Snyder: I will be changing urologist. I went twice thinking maybe the first time that they were having a bad day. So I gave them a 2nd chance. Dr. Bower and his assistant were very abrupt. Did a procedure and didn’t give me instructions. No time for questions. No bedside manor and I felt like a number and not like I was a person. When I told the dr. I couldn’t get the RX filled from the last time because he needed to fill out paper work he blamed CVS and said to go to the pharmacy down stairs and they told me the same thing that he needs to fill in a form before they can fill it for the insurance to cover it. After the Dr left I asked Assistant a question and she blew me off and repeated how I should go to checkout. I was feeling uncomfortable after the procedure and looked up information to find out that I should not take ibuprofen which the dr. gave me no instructions, no sheet to read about side effects after the procedure, etc.

5 /5 Natasha Sickenius: Dr. Foley was absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain everything in detail and put me at ease. My surgery went super smooth and my follow up appointment was once again discussed in detail with amazing bedside manor. I highly recommend Dr. Foley!

1 /5 Sharon Holmes: Dr. Mues is THE most awful doctor I have ever had the most unfortunate experience of meeting. I was in hospital for a month a year ago at Tradition hospital where I received excellent care from all the doctors and nursing staff. Dr.Mues walked into my room telling me I had full blown bladder cancer without being able to back up this diagnosis with tests. My husband fortunately was with me at the time and as you can imagine we were devastated with this news. His manner was thoughtless, unsympathetic and worse of all his diagnosis was WRONG! I refused to have him come anywhere near me. I composed myself just enough to ask to speak with the doctor on duty to explain what had happened. He arranged for me to see another doctor. Fortunately for me Dr. Bower, another Urologist at Cleveland Clinic performed a bladder procedure the next morning confirming I did NOT have bladder cancer. Over many years due to 19 spinal surgeries I have spent many months in hospital due to 19 spinal surgeries. Every doctor with which I have received consultations, have been professional, ethical and shown empathy. Dr. Mues has none of these important qualities required in a doctor, stay away away from him. I highly recommend Dr. Bower who is now my Urologist.

Direct Primary Care - Stuart JENNIFER MALOY: I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Dana Greene. From the very first visit, it was clear that she genuinely cares about her patients. She always takes the time to truly listen, making sure we feel heard and understood, no matter how small or complicated our concerns might be. Her kindness and patience have meant so much us! It’s rare to find a doctor who is not only highly knowledgeable and skilled but also so compassionate and dedicated. We feel so incredibly fortunate to have found such a caring and supportive doctor. Stuart VA Clinic - Stuart Joe Mack: Id love to give 5 stars but i cant i dont even want to give them one. Ive been coming here for at least 10 years and i think its time to make a change. Ive been waiting a month to get a consult for imaging and an MRI on a shoulder injury. I call multiple times a week and no one can ever seem to get the consult request pushed up to the practitioner. Ive been patient with everyone Ive talked to and Ive requested the manager a couple of times and i havent got a response from them either. Please Do Better.

Doctors House Calls - Stuart amy m: My 96 year old mother who was no longer leaving her home, still needed care, even though she had documents stating she wanted little intervention. I always respected her wishes, while still trying to keep on top of simple medical needs. We had tried a couple of concierge nurse practioners, but it wasnt until I came across this organization (unfortunately late in the game), that I found the right fit for her. Her doctor Trevor Bailey was kind, understanding and helpful, but never pushed her to do any procedure she refused. He understood that her advanced age and my understanding of her desires allowed us both to make the best decisions for her. There was a regular number to call Monday through Friday like a normal doctors office and after hours they had a call number which I thought was fantastic and professional. He helped me decide when it was time to call hospice in and supported my decision to do so. He was always respectful to me and my mom without treating her like she was a child. This is an extremely valuable service for anyone who has a loved one who needs a doctor to come to them. They provide all the services they need also. I recommend them highly!

Pet Emergency of Martin County - Stuart Lexi M: If your pet needs help, bring them here! It was our first time coming to PEMC when we came home from an over night trip and one of our kitties seemed extremely sick. We were weary of just dropping our pet off, but the staff and doctors were so knowledgeable and reassuring. Within not even 10 mins of our boy Stitch being taken inside, the vet was out to speak to us about him. Our boy was in a “life threatening state of shock” due to a urinary blockage. They wasted no time caring for Stitch, they called and updated me with any changes, good or bad. Everyone I spoke to was honest (even through the bad news) and very kind and patient with all my concerns and questions. They saved our boy’s life, he didn’t have high chances of making it but they did everything they could and they got him back to health. Dr. Shepard and Steven, I thank you both with every beat of my heart. You were kind, honest, Knowledgeable, and very caring to all my concerns, questions, and most importantly, towards my kitty and his health needs. I cannot reiterate enough, IF YOUR PET NEEDS HELP, BRING THEM HERE! We took our boy home this morning and couldn’t be more grateful.

Dr. Genon M. Wicina, MD - Stuart Hannah Warner: I went to this “Doctor W” during my middle and high school years. Can’t believe she is still around. She was awful and I am still traumatized from the way she made me feel. I had a lot of digestive and stomach issues and she would yell at me about them as though I was lying and just threw me on anti-depressants. Also, pushed the gardasil vaccine when it was newer, and it doesn’t even work. Horrible! Do not take your children to her. She could care less, just wants the kickbacks from pharma at the end of the day.
