1 /5 The Hammer: 0 stars if I could, so for starters they only have two of the double karts operating so if you’re trying to take your kids on a busy day it can be over an hour wait just to get your kids a single turn each, and I understand that things like this will happen on occasion to any place but that is something they should advertise or let you know before you purchase tickets/points to ride as they will not refund you even though the only no refund sign they have is for lost cards, now the cards…they could sell you some tickets or a receipt that shows how many rides you have but instead they sell you a (non environmentally friendly) plastic card for $16 before selling you points that can be used for the go karts or arcade, the karts aren’t very comfortable as far as the seats go for kids, they do offer safety glasses or a helmet if you ask them but they should really offer hearing protection as the wooden planks they use for the track make for a really loud ride, and last the two workers who were running the front desk the day I went weren’t very helpful, the one running the register kept asking her “manager” about my refund attempt but the “manager” was more useless than the plastic cards they sell you, she was literally just sitting behind her not doing anything even though there was plenty of people she could have been helping, I would highly recommend finding a different location to visit especially if time is important to you.
