5 /5 Patsy Muroski-Samul: Easy to schedule, short wait time. Dr. Pattik was personable, yet professional. She is patient centered and involves the patient in their treatment plan. She was thorough and allows for questions, comments, etc. Appointment did not feel rushed, addressed concerns, reviewed scripts, lab work, follow up appointments. PA, Ashley, and front end staff are also efficient and pleasant. Yes, I would recommend Dr. Pattick.

4 /5 Steven Ecklund: A doctor was very thorough in her first examination of my health, also, I might mention that this is the third decent Doctor that I have seen at this place since I started going to this place in the last three years. apparently, there must be something going on with the management of this place that should be corrected. Why do three very good doctors quit after one year something is going on. my rating of four stars has nothing to do with the Doctor or the staff, they were all very pleasant. if they don’t change the management of this place, the place will Eventually, close down.I did notice that there were less people waiting and some of the staff were not there.

2 /5 Kimberley Cone: Upon entering this office the lady at the window just opened the window and said nothing???? No good morning,no hello? Very cold reception. The nurse brought me back and I can say she was very personable and pleasant which made up for the receptionist. The Doc came in an introduced herself. She was nice. When I went to the check out window the next thing I was told is that I had to come ever 3 months per my insurance??? So the Insurance company is my physician now? Still the front desk people need to work on there hospitality skills. Felt like I was just another number???

1 /5 Ty Daugherty: Front office rep was very nice and respectful as always. I had an appointment but still sat in the waiting room for almost an hour. When I finally got called to the back the nurse wasn’t that nice I was convinced that she really didn’t want to be there as they rushed through all vitals. I then sat in the room waiting for the doctor for an additional 30 minutes. When the doctor finally came in it was as if I was an inconvenience to her. There was zero bedside manner and I ended up leaving very disappointed and now found a new primary care doctor because of this experience.
