1 /5 Marta Staniec: I was told I needed 4 fillings on teeth that weren’t bothering me at all. Unfortunately, I trusted the dentist and went ahead with the procedure. The entire process—check-in, numbing, and 4 fillings—took less than 30 minutes, which raised concerns immediately. Soon after, I started experiencing discomfort and pain while eating. After a week of unbearable pain (so bad I had to take painkillers), I went back to the office.
Dr. Juan was incredibly unprofessional and showed no empathy. When I explained the severity of the pain crying, he rolled his eyes. They shaved the fillings again, but the pain did not improve.
I will never return and plan to report this to my insurance. I had to visit another dentist, who had to shave the fillings further and applied a liquid for sensitivity, which provided some relief. However, I’ll likely need to have 2 fillings redone.
Additionally, most of the staff do not speak very good English, which is concerning when discussing dental hygiene or answering basic questions.
