5 /5 Amber Bumgarner: TLDR: I’m so glad they are my dental care team! I avoided going to the dentist for the longest time specifically after a terrible experience at a chain dental place. I have sensitive teeth, anxiety issues and I hate the dentist! Dr Chip and his team know this about me and they have taken extra care to make sure I feel comfortable and am not in pain. I feel almost like family when I am there. He’s so easy to talk to & I love that he doesn’t practice what we like to call “phantom dentistry.” He never pushes for any unnecessary work just to make money. He lets you know what is important and what you can wait on if need be. Beverly his assistant is wonderful! My hygienist used to be Libby she was so fun & sweet but she recently retired. I was concerned who her replacement might be but I met her replacement Denise and I LOVED her! We hit it off right away and she was very gentle with me. She listened carefully to all my concerns and took extra care to be gentle around my sensitive teeth. Back end office team is awesome too! Haven’t had any issues dealing with insurance etc. Long story short, they are all amazing and will take great care of you!

Dr Edwards and the staff took very good care of my daughter and made her feel very comfortable throughout the process. I visited the office for second opinion. Was glad that my friend recommended Dr Edwards. True service and good advice was provided.

C Major: Thank you Dr. Edward’s and staff. I had a voluntary root canal extraction and cavitation treatment done in your office. I had the root canal for over 30 years. I had no pain prior to the extraction and was never told by any other dentist that the root canal tooth was severely diseased and needed to come out. My poor body was fighting this infection for years. I am looking forward to becoming healthier since the tooth removal and cavitation treatment. Again, thank you! I would recommend anyone with a root canal come to you and discuss options. I attached a photo of my sick and dead tooth (sorry this is a graphic picture) and proof this needed to come out years ago.

The entire staff were amazing, but professionalism, knowledge and compassion demonstrated by Agi stood out. Agi took the time to explain every process and procedure, what to expect pre-op and post-op, and how to maintain proper oral care. I was a little nervous going into the procedure, based on previous dental experiences, but Agi helped to calm my nerves and even got me a blanket due to the room being so cold (big help!). I feel so blessed to have found Lake Mary Cosmetic and Implant. They treat you with respect and compassion and truly make you feel at ease and like a family member. I honestly could not recommend any other dentist higher than Dr Amador and his entire staff.
